Terrible experience at this villa. Owners account had be hacked to create a double booking. With out any communication to my husband who had a confirmed booking in his name and written confirmation from owner, not to pay the account again as he has been hacked. We check in went out for lunch and a swim to return to the villa to have all our rooms broken into and our belonging rummaged through and placed out on the street.Horrendous travel experience. Had to arrange accommodation for 6 at 8pm at night.The owner refused to help or explain to our group who and why someone had gone through all our belongings. Owner refused to provide a refund.

A total scam!This is how I can describe my experience. Me and my friends booked the entire place through Airbnb (private villa)First, the place was not as the photos and description said, the cleaning was minimum, people working and entering day and nights and with many facilities not working properly (hot water, lights, keys, kitchen)After our first night, we talked to the owner that we wanted to move and willing to pay for the night we stayed there in order to agree something that could work for both parties.The owner didn't show any intention to try to get an agreement or solve the problem. Instead, the owner told he couldn't do anything because we booked through a third platform. Nevertheless, we contacted the platform describing the issue and find a solution which in the end we found out the owner lied to the platform support team saying we stayed the entire length of days and we didn't move somewhere else.Please don't get scamed by this type of people.

One of the worse stay of all times. The place was completely run down with several basic services not available or not working such as hot water, room lock broken and a very dirty kitchen. We had to cancel our stay and find another place after the first night. What was even more disappointing when we confront the owner he admitted the shortcoming and confirm he would at least refund 50% of what was paid. Finally once we left he disappeared refusing to pay back anything. I can only define this accomodation a tourist trap.
