WabiSabi Hotel: A Unique Experience with Room for Improvement.WabiSabi Hotel offers a distinctive and budget-friendly stay in Bangkok. The hotel's unique aesthetic and affordable rates make it an appealing option for travelers on a budget.However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made to enhance the overall guest experience.Some guests might find the hotel's rules and regulations a bit overwhelming. While it's understandable to have guidelines in place, a more welcoming approach could make guests feel more at ease (many messages received prior to check in and after check out warning guests of all the penaltie, additionally, there are signs throughout). Additionally, the hotel's communication could be streamlined to avoid unnecessary confusion. Nonetheless, the cleaners are super friendly, polite, respectful and do a great job.The hotel's room design, while unique, might not be suitable for all guests. The low ceiling and loft bed, although interesting, could pose a challenge for some travelers. For example, having to get up and down a ladder at night to use the washroom (bed in lofts) resulted in numerous bangs on my head.Overall, WabiSabi Hotel offers a unique and affordable stay in Bangkok. However, guests who prioritize a more relaxed and welcoming atmosphere might want to consider other options.

The rooms are very nice as well as the downstairs kitchen/living area. No complaints there. My room had a broken tv with a missing remote and when I asked about it I was told the remote was in the room. I tried to clarify that the remote was in fact not in the room and also that the tv was broken but was again told the remote was in the room. After the 3rd time explaining this I was left with no response from the host. There was also a dead bird on our balcony that was about a week decomposed and stinky. The location isn't bad but it's just not central to anything. The bus station is like a half hour drive and the mrt is a 20 minute walk. Using public transport it will take at least an hour to reach any of the main touristy places.
