The staff is welcoming and friendly, however our room was dirty and the sheets were stained. There was no towel or soap either.We found bedbugs, which forced us to change hotels. Apparently there aren't any in all the rooms either, but be careful.

We also had bed bugs. Even tho previous reviews already complained about them. They seem to not take care of this. We got a new room and the staff from our Rinjani Tour was helpful and friendly but the problem remains

The rooms are very clean and the location is perfect. What highlights this place the most is the young employees. They are very smiling, kind and always ready to help. When we arrived we had to arrange a change of date with a reservation platform and the manager of the place was extraordinarily patient. I highly recommend!

The price is very satisfactory. It wasn't the price at all. As it turned out, our entire mattress was infested with bed bugs. The staff sprayed the mattress with insect repellent and said that we could now lie down again. We refused and wanted a new room. The process took two hours and we had to sit outside our room. We also discovered bed bugs in the new room. After three hours! We finally had a clean room. The worst thing, however, was that the next day we saw them checking new guests (with the same mattress) into the same room. In my opinion, the staff were overwhelmed by the situation, but making us wait for three hours and expecting us to lie down on the same mattress is not acceptable in my opinion and then selling the room on is very cheeky and impudentAbsolute no go!

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the bathrooms are spacious and the shower is available with hot and fast water, free wifi and provides trekking services at affordable prices... the location of the rooms is very romantic

It turned out that the rooms smelled very good at a very reasonable price. There is a restaurant, wifi, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, there is a trekking organizer called Honey Rinjani. I recommend to fellow travelers, this place is very interesting and natural

The good thing about this place is the friendliness of its staff. Unfortunately the photos do not reflect the state of the rooms, not only because of the infrastructure, but also because of the terrible cleaning (once they gave us the room, I had to ask them to clean the toilet that was dirty with urine and change the sheets that were stained). There is hardly any light in the room, only one socket available (the light is plugged into the other). The truth is that for the price one at least expects it to be clean. Disappointing
