A very nice but outdated hotel. The location is simply great. Very close to the action but so far away that you can have peace and quiet in the evening. Free beach chairs right on Turtle Beach. We were lucky enough to dive with more than 8 turtles within 2 days. The breakfast isn't particularly good. If you want something unusual here, you should eat out. All in all, I can only recommend a nice hotel.

The rooms are a bit older but ok. It was well air conditioned. And it was cheap and in a great location - you weren't far from everything.Nevertheless, you had peace and quiet in the evenings.

The room was clean and cool, and I liked the smell of soap as soon as I entered. I asked if they would clean it for me when I left, and although the staff was a bit shy, they were friendly. The reason I came to Gili was because of the turtles, and I'm not good at riding a bike, so the location was very important. It's right in front of Turtle Point, so I went to see the turtles early in the morning, walked around the port, and since the road leading to the west is right next to it, it's easy to go to see the sunset. I think I'll still go here. Especially the cats are so cute and they are all pretty and cute.TVN is on and Netflix is installed, but I can't access it for some reason. Other than the inconvenience of not having Wi-Fi on or off, I had a great time. I thought a lot about accommodations nearby, but in the end, I think I made the right choice.

Pros: A welcome drink was provided, and the check-in time was fast so I didn't have to wait, which was great. It's an old resort, but the location is really good and I saw a lot of cats, so I was happy during my stay. Rooms without bugs and lizards.I remember the towel had a nice scent.The staff, although rude, tried to be as helpful as possible and listened to my parents' requests, so I was grateful.(Hair dryer, insect repellent, additional towels required, etc.)The air conditioner was cool and the breakfast was really delicious.When checking out, I asked for a horse (Chamodo).Cons: However, I think it would be better to remove the bidet sprayer from the toilet. The water pressure in the shower is very weak.

I think there is no hospitality in this villa. Guest seems to be considered as money.When I ask the corch from this villar to other resort, they suggested 300K even though I was guest of this villaThis is the price ever never heard in Gilli.What is difference with scammer.Just 3 min later, I got corch in 150k just in front of the villa gate.What a disappointed.

It was started with No welcom drink even though we paid over 600 USD for 4days which was over the twice price than usual price.Even though I was guest of this accommodation, the staff of the beach side urge to pay for sun-bed with black joke as i million for 1 bed.It was absolutely not funny but so unpleasant as well as not kindly.Also at the evening around 7~9pm, almost sun bed on the beach & at beside of pool was full of staff with smoking from villa unggul, not by guest. lol.Is this making sense?I dont know if this is normal or not because I have never seen this kind of case.What a disappointed & uncomportable space.I regret spending time here with expensive charge considering the grade of this villa.If the charge is under 50 USD a night, I think all will be OK. But not recommend if charge is over 50USD and you expect some kind of private services.

Villa unggul is the worst accommodation in Gili comparing to bali, IndonesiaThey never change towel for 5days unless you request to change the towel in personFurthermore, they not replace sunbed towel as well. Many guest had complaint together.But they reacted in very dry & not affirmative way.No need to say about foot towel. (For 5days..)Crazy fly during breakfast, which makes mePoor facility such as old TV, AC remocon not workingFront desk is always enjoying game with crowd sound which make me not want to go to robby.This is absolutlely unreasonable price.Just check how many star this villa acquiredOne thing to be recommended is location.
