Nice structure, nice pool, nice rooms, nice bathroom. Too bad cleanliness is not their strong point. Dust and cobwebs in the room, I asked for it to be cleaned on the first day but nothing, they remained there for 3 days. Breakfast on 2 huge tables, if you want or if you don't want you can eat the whole hotel if it happens 😅. Bike rental 50k per day. Friendly staff

SCAM!!!!Unfortunately I have to report some significant deficiencies that we experienced during our stay. We booked a superior deluxe room including breakfast for six nights through booking.com. Unfortunately, what awaited us on site did not in any way meet the expectations aroused by the description and pictures on the booking platform!Here are some of the main points that disappointed us:**Room condition and facilities:**- No direct access to the pool, although this was clear from the pictures.- The room overall seemed unclean and poorly maintained: sloppy paintwork, cobwebs on the ceiling, stains on the sofa, pillows and the duvet, and paint stains on the floor.- Dirty doors and a finger-wide gap in the balcony door, which allowed mosquitoes into the room.- No blackout options, which was a big problem, especially because of the early and loud call to prayer at 5:30 a.m., which was heard several times a day.- Lack of TV connection, although there is a TV in the room (apparently the connection will not be installed until next year).- No hairdryer in the room, and the hairdryer provided upon request did not have enough power to dry the hair.- No hot water and very low water pressure.- The bathroom was open and not as shown in the pictures, which made it extremely hot during the day (around 35 degrees).- There are no small towels. So just two towels for showering. In addition, there are no hygiene products (which we have had in every hotel so far).- Rooms very noisy**Hotel complex:**- The pool seemed unkempt and unclean.- Breakfast was extremely limited: only three options (small portions each) with no possibility for re-orders or queries. Definitely NOT worth the breakfast!Despite repeated attempts to clarify the situation on site and the request for a new room, we were only told that we could go to another hotel. This reaction is unprofessional!

We had an amazing stay here. The guy Ferdi or Andy that serves the breakfast is such a kind person, he made our stay perfect! Thank you for everything and special thanks to Andy!! :)

Had a wonderful stay at Cocotoa! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They immediately help if you need anything and Ferdi in particular was very pleasant at the breakfast service. The location is a bit further from the eateries and the beach, but it is easily accessible by bike.

We actually only wanted to stay in the hotel for 3 nights, but we had to extend it by 2 more nights because one of us was sick with “Bali Belly”. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful the whole time. They regularly checked on the sick person and gave us tips on which doctor we should see. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. We particularly liked the bathroom as it was very spacious. We had a very great stay at this hotel and would have liked to stay another night. We had issues with leaking air con in our room, fridge was turned to 0 when we arrived and the tv didn’t work in our room.
