The room was really nice eventho the sofa and carpet is not clean but with the price under 1000thb what else you can ask for?. We booked for 6 nights but ended up staythere for 2 and a half nights (we checked out at 3 am in the morning cause we cant deal with the noise )Here is the story.First nightwe got a room at the third floor. The first night everything SEEM great. only the loud noise from people close/open the door and footsteps from the upper floor. We realized that the wall is very thin but its ok with the washing machine, smart tv,new room etc.The second night- people kept walking in and out the room until middle of the nights and yes you can hear literally everything from outside the door even a tv show wont help- footsteps noise from upper floor until 2 am. It is not just a normal footsteps sound but the room was shaking so we decided to call a hotel staff.-The next day morning we woke up around 8-9 am because the room was shaking with sound of footstep from the upper floor. That minute we decided to change the room. The staff was helpful and moved us to 5th floor. We went out all day and back to the room around 8 pm.The 5th floor was worse.i don't know what nationality of a family next door but they keep walked in and out ,slaped the door, laughing-talking, there was a guy across a room threw a trash in a hallway every time after he finished eating something. They walked to each other and talking and laughing until 3 amWhat made us decided to check out that night was a guy slap a door at 3 am in the morning and i believe everyone could hear it. People in this hotel seem has no manners and party people. We decided to find a new hotel on that night and checked out .It was the best decision to move out cause we finally found a peaceful environment. It was a nightmares there. The good thing about the hotel- All the equipments in the room. Especially a washing machine and a TV. The bed was comfy.Oh and last but not leastAfter we checked out 10 minutes a staff called us and asked for 100thb back so we asked what 100thb for?We didnt make any dirty, we barely can sleep in that hotel. It made us feel so bad. Luckily he told us it was a-mistake and hung up-The sound of feet is very loud. People who don't sleep, walk in and out until two or three in the morning. Closing the door loudly is inconsiderate, but the room is very good.-Has complete equipment beyond the price But the first room had towels, no head towel, so we were okay. I didn't say anything. The TV remote and air conditioner are very sticky, like the previous guests, their hands were smeared with molasses and pressed on them. We cleaned without thinking too much.-So loud that you have to change rooms and move floors. It's harder than before. I don't know what country the family belongs to. We walked and talked and laughed until 2 or 3 a.m. throwing garbage all over the walkway. After eating, I open the door and leave in front of the room every time. I eat until 3 am. Think about it. Even though I'm a person who doesn't care about sounds anymore because I'm a deep sleeper.-This hotel is suitable for party people. If you get drunk and fall asleep, if you come tomorrow morning to work, it won't work. You've been warned.**However, it may just be bad luck to meet this group of guests. Overall, the hotel is new and has complete facilities. The staff and guards are all very helpful. It's really a pity that it's not attached to a thin wall, and guests who stay will probably go back.

There is an arrogant teenage boy who does not understand anything, and his treatment of tourists is very bad. In addition to the hotel’s inappropriate location, lack of services, exaggerated price, and payment in advance, I do not recommend this hotel at all. There is an arrogant teenage boy who does not understand anything, and his treatment of tourists is very bad. Felt like I wasn't very welcome. I reserved three, but the sofa bed wasn't ready. I can say that the service is poor, the room is clean, but I don't understand that they are not prepared to sleep three people. Have to sit and waste time telling The blanket was not ready. People come tired and not smiling. It's like not welcoming lorte service.

As I was waiting for check-in, I was giggling and chatting with the woman wearing a hat next to Kaoru (Korean) Guorengmyeonshire right in front of me. The accommodation is clean and there are many local restaurants nearby, and the other staff are friendly. The location is not good, and the air conditioner smells.

The building is clean, even though it is newly built. The interior was clean, the sheets were as crisp as new rather than old, and most of all, it smelled good. The soundproofing of rooms is not very good even in newly built rooms as it is not very good in Thailand itself.Best of all, there is a washing machine in the room so you can do laundry. If you are a long-term traveler, this may be an attractive option.
