The owner is really disrespectful and didn't answer to my messages when i had questions about how to come.
The hotel is ok but very expensive compared to the quality you can have for the same price in the same region.

Great experience in Sekotong!Very comfortable rooms, great swimming pool, really good breakfast and meal food! The staff is super nice and helpful and they listen to really good music (Blink 182, Sum 41...)Really great value for money, possibility of renting a scooter on site and going on different excursions!

One of the best places we stayed during our Indonesian trip. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food delicious. Amazing swimming pool which was also very clean. It was nice that it was not on the road but in the village ( no more than 200 meters from the beach though, so super close). Most importantly, the host Key and the entire team were fantastic - warm, friendly and professional.We also did the snorkeling tour they offer, the 4 island package, it was very enjoyable - not only the snorkeling itself but also the lunch, the sightseeing and the guides made it into a very peaceful day. They could definitely charge more for the tour considering it's a full day thing. Highly recommend!

Very good stay at Kristal Garden with adorable and attentive staff. Simple but clean room, the food was very good and the excursion to the secret Gilis was nice with a more than affordable price! I recommend!

Amazing guest house! Kristal Garden has an incredible team that makes your stay super enjoyable. The food? Just wow. Delicious, authentic local dishes, all freshly made.The facilities and room quality are also really good—everything is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.But what I loved most was the vibe. The whole team is so helpful, and Keyju playing guitar in the afternoons added a nice musical touch. In the mornings, you get to watch local kids walking to school just a few meters away—so authentic.If I ever head back to southwest Lombok, I’ll definitely be booking with them again!

The Kristal Garden Guest House can only be recommended! The hosts are very accommodating and helpful, the food is wonderful and the facility is super cute. The room has everything you need (we stayed in the white huts) and there isn't much to do in the location itself, although there is an on-site beach and the tours to the Secret Gilis, which are a unique experience and one for everyone Keep the day busy. We had very nice days here, thank you very much :)

Great place to stay! Key is a lovely host and organizes trips to the Secret Gillis :) Rooms are clean, spacious and the pool is a great add-on.

Great stopover before Gili Gede. Service and breakfast -excellent. Clean, and pool was fantastic.Disappointed to have no discount when we booked a taxi via the hotel to the harbour. Poor business practice.

Great accommodation- very clean rooms- nice bathroom- great pool- good restaurantThe Balinese vibe through the family is super nice. Massages and four different boat trips are also offered at good prices.The only “disadvantages”: no warm water and no hygiene products such as soap or shampoo

We spent 5 nights disconnecting from the world in this villa, enjoying the wonderful hotel staff, learning about the culture of Bali, singing and playing instruments. They offer motorcycle rental at a good price, boat tours to visit the islands and private transportation (although this is a little more expensive, there are no other options). The area is quite isolated, there is a small shop with snacks and they have a restaurant with decent dishes. The nearby beaches are beautiful but they do not recommend swimming because there is a lot of coral very close with scorpion fish, hedgehogs and other animals. The pool is a luxury, it is a place to disconnect and rest and discover the secrets of Gili.

Wonderful! :DBeautiful,Elegant,Very friendly and welcoming staff,We arrived late and we were received well. We were offered assistance with booking a snorkeling trip. We didn't plan to do it as we want to go hiking, but they have the equipment here for snorkeling.In the morning, during breakfast, we had a lovely time listening to guitar music and singing played by the wonderful brother here. Then we all sang Karaoke and played the different instruments they have here. Very fun!Just what we needed before our hike ❤️Highly recommend Kristal Garden!

One of my best place in Lombok ❤️ the staff is very friendly, the room is comfortable and clean, the pool is very relaxing and for the breakfast, you have a lot of choice ( Nasi goreng, banana pancake, omelet and another menu ). They organise snorkeling tour as well with a good price. If you want dive, there are a diving center near this place by walking 5 minutes ( blow bubbles Diver ). I definitely recommend this place !!
