Very dirty roomI started to feel uncomfortable as soon as I entered.It's full of dust mite and musty smells, so be careful if you're allergic to this place.My nose, eyes, and even breathing started to feel uncomfortable.There is chewing gum eaten by guests on the wall of the room.There are cockroaches on the toilet floorIt’s not a five-star hotel experience at all. It is true that it is old, but I don't think it is much different from other accommodations.- There were a lot of reviews saying the breakfast was delicious, but there was so much to eat that I ended up only eating egg dishes. unexpectedIssue of excessive protein intake.-The gym isn’t bad. It's not spacious or has a lot of equipment, but it's nice that it's quiet and there's a lot of space between the equipment... However, there are no 1kg dumbbells for hellin's like me, and if you touch the handle of the Arc Trainer, it gets sticky ㅜㅜ Don't touch it...- And the TV is not connected. It could be for decoration~ ~- Nice to have 2 verandas. Oh, of course I never had to use it.- There are two bathroom doors... It's novel and comfortable...- Durian and mangosteen entry ban issue... I wanted to eat them at the hotel, but it's a shame...

What do you mean FIVE STARS? From stepping down infront of the hotel, it was pure disappointment. I never seen any bellboy that I literally have to pick up all my belongings myself. The air conditioner was not working well, the food took ages to be served. Moreover, the staff was giving a long face through my stay. Never book this hotel ever again. It’s the worst of the worst.

**Review for JC Kevin Hotel: A Complete Disaster**My husband and I were unfortunate enough to stay at JC Kevin, and let me be clear: this is, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The fact that they have the audacity to call themselves a 5-star hotel is beyond laughable—it's insulting.From the moment we entered our room, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance are foreign concepts at this establishment. The sheets were not ironed, leaving the bed looking as though someone had just rolled out of it. The walls and carpets were so disgustingly stained that I felt like I needed a hazmat suit just to walk across the room.The bathroom was even more appalling. The tiles were scratched and worn, and the grout was so filthy and moldy that I couldn't bring myself to step on it without shoes. It was impossible to feel clean in such a revolting space.To top it all off, we came back to our room one evening to find a large lizard crawling around. Yes, a lizard. In what is supposed to be a "luxury" hotel. This was the final straw in what was already a nightmarish stay.The state of the furniture was nothing short of disgraceful. Every piece of wooden furniture was scratched, damaged, and clearly hadn't seen a dust cloth in weeks, if not months. The dining table was covered in stains and coffee rings, a glaring sign that basic cleaning protocols are completely ignored here.As if the horrendous state of the facilities wasn't enough, the staff were completely unhelpful and indifferent to our concerns. They clearly couldn't care less about their guests or the appalling conditions in their so-called hotel.JC Kevin should be ashamed to operate under the guise of a 5-star hotel. If there were an option to give a negative rating, this place would deserve a -5 stars, hands down. Avoid this disaster of a hotel at all costs—unless you want your vacation ruined.

If the air conditioner is turned down in the room, the musty smell will be strong.Because there was no cleaning at night, I called the front desk many times before answering the phone.The quilt will feel wet (maybe it’s because it’s too humid?)You also need to pay a deposit for check-in (4000 for 2 nights and 2 rooms)The only score I give is that the night view of the high-altitude bar is goodBut a glass of wine costs 480

Location: It is a place with inconvenient transportation, so I used Grab throughout my 3-night stay (it was very inconvenient because it was easy to catch)2. No convenience store: The closest convenience store near the hotel is a 13-minute walk (it appears to be under construction soon at the hotel entrance)Advantages from here1. Room condition: Request 2 beds and stay on the 24th floorI was very satisfied with the night view, and the facilities were old? Rather, the hotel itself is old, so the interior seems old? Meeting some friends I haven’t seen in a long time we agreed to treat ourselves to a nice hotel for coming here, I arrive and I’m paying full price and don’t have breakfast included.. then I am waiting to check in so I go upstairs for a instant coffee (don’t have coffee machine) and they want to charge me 450 THB!! It’s totally ruined my morning the vibes in this place, TV stops working all the time not only in my room but in my friends room, at one point I got staff to fix it soon as he walked out stopped working again.

A somewhat outdated 5 star hotel. The price performance was still there. Employees were always friendly and helpful. The view from the room and the bar on the 38th floor are very nice. Would come again.
