Stayed here for 4 nights in August.Bed was comfy, TV reception was terrible (but that does not bother me), WiFi was sometimes spotty but good, pool was magnificent 👌 the shower was good, but there is sometimes a poo smell from the toilet/bathroom....but kept the loo lid and door closed and it was OK. The cleaning was done daily and to a good standard. You do have to ask for pool towels if you want one but all the staff are friendly and helpful. They do offer a basic breakfast for an additional fee in the upstairs restaurant, which has great views and usually a nice breeze. Motorbike hire was available for 80000 IDR daily. There are two convenience shops right next door, and it's easily walkable to the main area of Kuta.

Don't stay overnight, just have lunch... really nice view, delicious food, quite friendly service, recommended... just eat and take photos and play in the sand

Visited in 2022 and then visited again in 2024, thank God the person looking after the villa is still in high school, the basics of the villa are extraordinary and very comfortable, next year hopefully we can visit again next year,

The place is comfortable, quiet and most importantly the location is close to the beach. the price is still considered friendly. Staying here is the right choice for those on a low budget

Oh dear, maybe we're a little tired of traveling (after several months), but this hotel experience really frustrated us.The facility makes a nice impression at first glance. Nice pool, nice little terrace in front of the bungalow.We arrived and were given no information (e.g. WiFi password, restaurant, hotel, etc.). The bungalow is big, but dark, and dingy! Cobwebs, dirt, dust everywhere. Absolutely not maintained! In the bathroom, the lamp above the sink doesn't have a bulb turned on. The trash can is disgusting. A bedside lamp doesn't work. The bungalow door can only be closed with the key, otherwise it will open. The bed sheet had stains. When we came back from an excursion there were several, relatively large, excrement stains (probably from geckos) on the floor, on the bed... the room is noisy, the road runs right past it and although it is partly closed, You can hear the scooters very well (until about 1 a.m.). Our neighbors on the terrace were also noisy until I went out after 1 a.m. and had to ask for silence. And then the general "problem" with the mosques, which woke us up in the middle of the night (before 5 a.m.).We didn't feel comfortable at all, and since we didn't like the beach in Kuta either (dirty), we decided to leave/continue traveling after one night and "scratch our leg" the second night.

We had lunch at Restoran Anda with a nice view of the sea in front of it. Overall the food was delicious and the price was reasonable. The only downside was that a lot of big groups also arrived around the same time as we did so we had to wait a little bit longer for our meals as the groups had pre-booked their lunch meals there.

Stay: 1 week. We felt very comfortable. Very nice people. Room and bathroom very clean. Pool also very clean. The location is also great; opposite the beach, right next to 2 supermarkets and a pretty cool bar. Still a quiet environment. The only 2 things: we always had to lock our room door because otherwise it would open on its own :-)) and it was sometimes a bit too warm for me despite the air conditioning. But that wasn't so dramatic. Can recommend the hotel and would go to this hotel again if we went to Lombok again!

10/10 recommend ✨ Stayed 7 nights here & absolutely loved it, had booked somewhere else in Kuta for over €60 more & within 10 minutes of arriving to the other hotel cancelled our booking (wasn’t anything like it looked online) spent a few hours hunting through the classic mess of accomodation reviews in Kuta before settling on Anda & we’re so happy we did. Rooms are spacious, clean & cosy with good lighting. Bathrooms nice enough, clean, decent water pressure. Nice porches looking out on a Beautiful garden path - pool area also lovely - you hardly need it as you’re basically beachfront but it’s a really nice addition to the place. When you pop up the sign for them to clean your room they do a great job + fresh towels & water bottle refill. Staff very friendly, very accommodating. We didn’t try the food as menu was pretty classic indo but seemed a bit pricey & there’s plenty yummy warungs & restaurants nearby. Short walk to the center of town, really short drive. Literally the only thing they could up themselves with is a kettle & fridge in the rooms.Thank you for a wonderful week in Kuta! 🙏🏽

I only eat at the restaurant herenice view directly from Kuta Mandalika, the taste is delicious, we all like the prayer room facilities and the toilets are clean
