It is a perfect place to rest and spend a vacation near the best beaches in the area. The rooms are very large, very clean and decorated with attention to every detail.The staff is very friendly and the breakfasts are very good.In short, an idyllic place!

This hotel is highly recommended. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you want to book surfing lessons, have your clothes washed or arrange a taxi, they do it all. The breakfast is great and the rooms are nice, clean and equipped with all facilities. The location is also great, close to the center (10 minutes walk) but not bothered by noise.

One of the best hotels in Kuta Lombok without a doubt. The design of the common areas and rooms is spectacular, taking care of even the smallest details. The breakfast was very varied, with sourdough bread with seeds and very good juices. The pool is very quiet and lends itself to spending the day on the Balinese beds. The staff is charming and always ready to attend to your needs as quickly as possible, which is appreciated in Indonesia. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

The best resort in Kuta Lombok. The accommodation is slightly off the main road, making it quiet. However, there is a nice café in the area, just a 3-minute walk away. The room is very beautiful with a modern and Asian touch. The bathroom is very clean and nicely furnished. The terrace offers a view of the pool and garden. The property is designed with many plants. The pool is large and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, speaking very good English. You get a welcome drink upon check-in. The resort offers yoga and a gym. You can also rent a scooter.This resort offers everything your heart desires, both for relaxation and activities. I would come back again. It deserves more than just 5 stars.

We loved our stay at Reset. The hotel is sublime, the rooms are very well decorated and the outdoor swimming pool is very pleasant. Breakfast offers several delicious choices and the fresh juices are amazing! We were able to rent a scooter, arrange a car transfer from Lombok port and a snorkelling excursion with reception. The hotel staff are really attentive, always smiling and simply adorable! The center of Kuta is 2 minutes away by scooter or 10 minutes on foot.

A wonderful place with the nicest staff you can imagine. I hurt myself during my stay and they were so helpful, calling the clinic for the doctor to come care for me in my room (!).On top of that, the hotel has great rooms, a beautiful garden with a pool and lots of services to make your life easier (scooter rental, massage..). For nomads, internet is good, I could work and do video calls without issues. Some people were also working from the terrasse, with a view on the pool.Does it getter better than that ?

One of my favourite place to stay here in Kuta Lombok 🫶 the location, the room and the staff are amazing ! And it's kinda good deal if you need to work out in this island because they give free pass for the gym and the location are next to the gym 😉

As part of our tour we stayed here for a few days and didn't regret a day 😊As already described, the hotel is located outside the center but still easy to reach by scooter.The architecture is modern and the concept of the "open" band (covered with a net to remove uninvited visitors) is also well chosen. Netflix, Disney+ Youtube could also be seen on the television. We also got a 30-minute back massage free of charge with the room we booked, which was really very good. The lady brings her lounger and the massage then takes place in the room.The staff is friendly and always helpful, be it with renting a very well-preserved scooter, laundry service or similar. The breakfast was rich, very good in selection and tasted good. Many thanks again to Mimi and her colleagues for the great service. If we come to Kuta Lombok again, we will definitely visit Reset Lombok 🙂P.s. There are glass water bottles that you can fill yourself in the restaurant area for brushing your teeth, drinking, etc.Clear 5 stars for this hotel!

The place was incredible, the staff was always super attentive and friendly for anything we needed. Breakfast very good portions and very rich. I stayed one night with my girlfriend in the deluxe room and the truth is that we didn't want to leave. Super recommended to be close to the center but also very quiet, you can't hear the prayers or street noise!

Very nice hotel, very nice room and bathroom.Good breakfast.Location good but with a scooter necessary all the same.Service ok but when I requested a scooter rental, I was told that it would be available in 10 minutes. I waited 1 hour with no news, so I went to rent it elsewhere in 5 minutes. Beyond that, the staff is available and helpful.

Location: 4 (It's within walking distance to the city center with plenty of restaurants and markets. However, I recommend renting a scooter, especially in the afternoon when it gets really hot. The road to the center is safe and not heavily trafficked.)Tranquility: 5 (Being quite distant from the center, it was much quieter than the bustling central area.)Ambiance: 5 (With a pool and a beautiful garden, it was the perfect setting to unwind and relax.)Brunch: 5 (The food was simple yet tasty.)Soundproofing: 4 (On the last day of our stay, we heard some noise from the roof that sounded like a cat or a rat scurrying around, but other than that, the house was cozy and quiet.)Cleanliness: 5Comfort: 5 (The single bed was very comfortable, and we had no trouble sleeping at night.)Overall rate: 5 / highly recommended!

My experience at this hotel was wonderful. It is a new, beautiful, well-kept hotel with fabulous and super helpful staff.The truth is that there is no lack of detail. They have toiletries that smell great, the room is very well equipped, and in general there is a lot of tranquility in the place. They also offer a super rich and generous breakfast.The owners also helped me a lot, recommending places to visit, places to eat, etc.I will definitely return to RESET when I return to Lombok.Thank you 🤩
