It is a very nice place to chill and relax directly located at a super nice beach. We stayed two days longer than originally planned because we loved it so much. The pool is perfect with very comfortabel sunbeds. The food is very good and everyone is super kind!

Very beautiful hotel. Good breakfast options. Our first room was fine except for the A/C which barely worked. When asked about this, it took some time to fix the issue. We were told that that was normal, but it was most definitely not. In the end we did get a solution. In the next room we stayed there was another issue, but that was fixed fairly quickly. The staff is very nice and helpful.The hotel is decent, but needs some maintenance. The rooms were overall clean, but if you look closely it is not that clean.You also definitely need your own transportation as the hotel is very remote. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here even though it did not go as seamlessly as hoped.Also, if you are afraid of bugs: we did not experience any in our rooms. There were no big gaping holes for bugs to enter, which for us was a big plus!

A great facility. It's a bit remote. Very suitable for staycation. The hotel is about 40 minutes away from Kuta Lombok. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The beach is beautiful.ย โฆ

We enjoyed everything immensely!A small problem in the room was resolved very well, we were given another (very nice) room!The staff is super friendly, really attentive and involved and not too exaggerated or too emphatic. Food is good, breakfast is really well organised! I don't eat gluten myself and they were very happy to think along with me, thank you very much for that! The scooter we rented was in good condition.We loved being able to relax and not be on the road much, it is just so wonderful at the hotel. Really enjoy!For us, this (4 nights) did us very well :)

Amber resort is a beautiful small resort in a secluded location by Torok beach. It offers super friendly and attentive service. The breakfast was wholesome with a buffet and menu options, daily jamu was a great bonus.ย โฆ

Weโve had a very bad experience: apparently the resort is only open for one year but our room smelled moldy and was very moist. Even our clothes and the bedsheets would feel moist.The staff was very friendly and cleaned the floor but it wasnโt the floor causing the smell. The manager didnโt dare to get out of the office to speak to us but would only tell the receptionist that we wonโt get any refund if we want to leave a night earlier because of this.Also you see that the white bean bags by the pool are moldy, they have black spots all over. Definitely not what you would expect for this price range.Iโd strongly recommend staying in a smaller hotel and not a big resort in Lombok. And one that has open bathroom, so that the humidity can get out.

A fantastic R&R stop at the end of a three month tour of South East Asia. Three nights to recharge on a secluded beach with a horizon pool and very little traffic.|Cannot praise the staff enough. Friendly engaging and proffesional.|Thankyou.
