I've booked hotels 1-2 times, this is the first time I've booked on Traveloka, it's really cheap, I got 65 thousand a night, the app says a big discount. Eh, when I arrived at the hotel, I was confused ๐

Then read the hotel sign, it turns out the entrance is 200m, but on the map the point is at the mouth of the alley ๐คช. That's it, then went in, parked the car while reading the reviews on the app, then I was excited that it turned out someone was being cheated, I paid on the app until the location was charged another 150 million ๐. Turns out it's exactly the same thing that happened to me too ๐๐, โโwell, I'm really looking for money ๐คญ, They say they no longer collaborate with apps but they still load them on Traveloka, what kind of stupid hotel owner is Traveloka, sorry, lay people are confused ๐

VERY disappointed with the service, if there is a problem booking via the app, it's better to just delete it from the online booking list instead of bothering the customer, the refund doesn't come in, complaints say the money didn't come in even though Traveloka said yes if the additional fee is not enough. When asked what the solution was, the customer was told to contact Traveloka CS himself and was just rejected by the inn???! I wasn't the only one that day, and there were definitely lots of other similar complaints. Please, if you really have a problem, just remove it from the list, by the way, many people who make the wrong booking are automatically rejected even though the voucher is issued in the ACC, it's a shame!!!!!!! Even though it's not a lot of money, it's still a hassle for the customer because it's urgent for transit.

Never book through Oyo travel agents or Agoda. Unpleasant experience: the price listed in the application is not the actual price, and in the end you have to pay 150 thousand in cash on the spot, and the money entered in the application cannot necessarily be returned.So before ordering, I suggest asking the accommodation whether you can use the application or not.
