The Villa is very spacious and very well decorated. Super clean and the daily cleaning service a 10.Bottled water that comes out very cold, which is very appreciated!Germán, a very good host, explained to us how everything worked and rented motorcycles at a good price.Some things that could be improved, we rented the villa for 10 days if I remember correctly and on some of those days the tours were too early to buy breakfast anywhere, so we bought our merchandise at the supermarket to cook breakfast and we found ourselves So the kitchen is a bit of an ornament, it is not very well equipped for cooking, there is not even a frying pan!Communication when something happened in the town was somewhat strange, you didn't know whether to contact Germán or David, in general you didn't know who was on duty.And the biggest problem of all is the lack of air conditioning in the living room, which the description says it has and turns on but is not enough, and cannot be used during the day.These are things to improve.

Very cool villa, well maintained and spacious.The downside I see is that, for the price offered, they do not have air conditioning in the living room, making its use useless.By the way, I see that prices are rising more and more...At this rate, Lombok will stop its development in its tracks due to the lack of competitiveness of its hotel sector due to the Western prices they are offering...And the fault lies with ourselves, Westerners, since most of these constructions are from non-Indonesian investors.

Careful folks, unfortunately have been billed twice for my stay here. Still in the process of sorting things out with the villa's and my bank. Stayed in September 2023 and money was debited which was correct and then again in October money was debited when I was already back in Australia.. Keep an eye on your bank account people.

The atmosphere is so beautiful... being in a tourist area makes you feel like even if you don't live there you are happy and want to linger in the area for a long time

We stayed at one of the villas with 4 friends and everything was amazing. They brought us plenty of water bottles for the days we were there. The villa is spacious, and the rooms are all very big with ensuite bathrooms.
We rented scooters from them and everything was very smooth!

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is very comfortable & Herman & his crew are friendly & do everything to ensure you enjoy your stay. No, it's not 6 star clean, but it's fine & very attractively presented. It's a tiny bit far into the main hub of Kuta, but really only 7 mins walk along a pleasant road to the main street. Yes, we would stay again & yes we would recommend it.
