Scam, avoid. We pay and reserve the hotel then once there, we are refused entry and asked to pay a much more expensive sum. The owner was rude and told us that it wasn't her problem if we ended up on the street and asked us to leave without refunding us what we had already paid.

The reception did not let us access our room even though we had paid online, they wanted us to pay more and in cash.The boss on the phone told me that it wasn't her problem if we were on the street and that we had to make do.As a bonus the staff did not speak English and stayed on TikTok instead of helping us.Ashamed

What's wrong, I made a booking from the application, when I wanted to check in it was rejected on the grounds that the price did not match what the accommodation wanted, yes, it's your problem with the application, if you don't agree with the price from the application, close the account from the application, why are you still there? display it and receive it, it makes you tired of taking care of it!!!

I booked via an application, but was refused check-in by the hotel on the grounds that the price in the application did not match the price the hotel wanted. Even though hotel guests have nothing to do with prices that match or do not match the application. The service is really bad.

Donât be fooled by their low prices. We booked and thought it was a great price too but upon arrival were told that not only did they not have the double bed that I reserved on the OYO website but that they couldnât honour the reserved low price either and had to add an extra 40% on top. The front desk receptionist said âIf I donât do this Iâll lose my jobâ. Upon contacting the property owner she also said that I had to do this and upon contacting OYO they said that nothing could be done about it. It doesnât matter how nice or clean the room is if you canât be honest and stay true to basic business principles. I wish them more transparency in the future and am incredibly disappointed in both the hotel management and OYO as a whole.
