Elysian Villa Lombok

Wow what a filthy villa we stayed at! At a first glance at the pictures online which looks amazing we didn’t hesitate to book although the price was a bit steep in comparison, however, being in the property management business ourselves we thought to give it a chance. The unit was absolutely filthy, the kettle was filthy and had white scum on the inside as it haven’t been cleaned for a very long time, the corners were all packed with dust and hair, the towels smelled moldy and dust was packed so thick on top of the fridge and tv that my finger made a path in it when swiped across, the pool lounger cushions were basically black form the mold and looks as if it haven’t seen a good wash in years , to add to the disappointment we were charged an additional 150k rupiah for early check in as we assumed that this was as the unit needs to be cleaned earlier and we didn’t mind as we too have a property business which manages villas. We are very tolerant and understanding that tourism went through a tough period during the pandemic, but there is simply no excuse for such a filthy unit being rented at top dollar to customers, we feel exploited and cheated. The pictures must have been from when the property was newly built as the unit we stayed in looked like it should be closed down and maintenance is urgently needed! Not a good experience and definitely won’t be back here anytime soon. Please see pictures attached

Such a great villa!

Such a lovely villa with everything you need inside, plus it’s a perfect size for a couple’s holiday. The staff is very kind and ready for everything you may need. Definitely recommended!

I am so happy that I found this place! Staying here made our Lombok experience truly amazing! It’s a hidden gem and it really feels like paradise. The garden is so lovely, some days we would just stay by the pool all day. And also it was nice to find a place with jacuzzi. Great location surrounded by beautiful nature. And our host was so lovely! I really hope to be back soon!

It looks very comfortable to stay in. Homey and so aesthetic vibe.

The villa is not very big but it still looks elegant. The best thing is there is a jacuzzi again. there is a private pool and the surrounding area is cool green. Very clean and the staff are very kind. Basically, it's highly recommended for those looking for accommodation around Kuta Lombok
