The room and location are very good. Things that I didn't like, there is no option to have breakfast, our towels have not been changed in four days, obviously not cleaning and the help from the staff is very poor.In Indonesia for the same price you can get much better accommodation, although Kuta Lombok is somewhat more expensive than Bali or Java.Answer:Kitchen without tables😜. The change of towels didn't occur to us. We found the staff's help poor for these reasons, asking for a Laundry (answer I don't know), when requesting a recommendation for a tour we were told which price was the most expensive by far, and with the rental of the motorcycle for three days and two hours they charged us for 4 days... When we already talked about it with the boys, we also told them that one day we were not going to need it, and the price was supposed to have been agreed...Otherwise I emphasize that Sayang Bungalows is very good, and we would recommend staying there. But when comparing it with the other homestays in Indonesia, which have all been fabulous, it falls a little behind, which would not happen if we took care of these details.

This accommodation truly made our stay in Lombok enjoyable. Traveling there on short notice made it challenging to find hostels that offered good hygiene standards and affordable prices, leading us to switch accommodations twice! Sayang Bungalows, however, was great. The place is very clean, with spacious rooms, and the staff is incredibly friendly. You can request bungalow cleaning and fresh towels whenever you want. We stayed in both the superior and standard rooms, extending our stay from 5 to 10 nights because we were so satisfied.Additionally, you can rent a scooter from them and arrange airport transfers. The location is also convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the main road with plenty of great restaurants and bars. Thanks to the team and the fantastic staff, we can definitely recommend this accommodation for your stay in Kuta.

Personally, I have felt at home, I ended up staying for 2 months because I loved the place at first sight since I knew they had everything I wanted.A super friendly staff, impeccable facilities, super comfortable beds and pillows, large rooms and bathroom with everything you need to be comfortable, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful garden and a lot of tranquility just steps from the center of Kuta… incredible!I think the price-quality ratio is excellent for what the bungalows offer...in my case, feeling very comfortable in a place is priceless.I will definitely return! Thank you Francho and Yeni for making my stay so memorable.

Great location, near some of the best restaurants you can find in Kuta. Also has a laundromat right next to it, so I think it would be a nice place for a long stay. Has wifi, common pantry, and hot water if you like to shower in the middle of the night.One of the cons is there were many bugs (room no.5). It didn’t really bother me but some might consider it a deal breaker. Other than that, nothing serious, I think the room is built for foreigners, so as a short local (155cm), some of the utilities and pillow are a bit too high/big for me personally.The owner is really nice. Also they have a cat, that’s a plus point (from me) 🤣

Great accommodation in this place for a month, the couple who run it are charming and all the staff, you just need to ask for something and you immediately have it, fabulous cleanliness, what a good month in Kuta.
