Felt very bare minimum. The place is literally just the room (motel style), when we arrived the pool was green and cloudy.Young lads doing the housekeeping are trying their best. Could use some expereince/ managment.There is a security guard that is more of a watchman, sits smoking on a chair - outside there are alot of roudy street salesmen waiting for people to exit the motel. :/-> There is some free water for though so that was great!

Really amazing staff, right on the beach and walking distance to surf schools and restaurants, lovely clean rooms with good AC. Couldn’t ask for more!

We stayed one night at this hotel and the quality-price leaves a lot to be desired. They are trying to give it a facelift but you can see that the hotel is quite deteriorated, the walls are very old and so are the door and window frames. The water in the shower had no pressure and the room in general is not cozy. Upon entering at night the curtains and the floor were full of small black bugs.For all these reasons, the price is high and does not correspond to what they offer.The location is good and the common areas are well maintained although the pool area has 3 hammocks counted.

Super!! One of the best I've seen in Lombok. Very spacious room, clean with everything new and super neat. The internet works fast and most importantly no noise is heard!! A 10!! And the staff is super friendly and pleasant.
