A home away from home! The house is spacious, set over several floors with everything you could need, all rooms are en suite and have good A/C.The hostess (Ann) and her family take such good care of you from the moment you arrive! Nothing is too much trouble and she offers you the ability to contact her 24 hours a day!It really felt like being welcomed home when we arrived and it was sad to be leaving.Will definitely return to stay here again!

Anne, the owner, was very hospitable and very helpful.When we arrived, she personally received us, introduced various facilities in the house, and enthusiastically introduced the streets and restaurants near us. Someone cleans the house every morning and noon, keeping it clean and tidy with ample facilities.The house is less than five minutes away from BTS Bang Chuk Station. There are convenience stores, coffee shops, traditional markets, supermarkets, etc. along the way. Whether it is going out for breakfast or food, souvenirs, etc., it is very convenient.There is a garden outside the house, and the exterior walls are covered with plants. It has a subtropical atmosphere, full of vacation feeling, and very comfortable. I look forward to staying at Anne's house again next time I travel to Bangkok.

The landlord is very welcoming and willing to assist everyone with anything!The house is very clean and tidy. Although it is not a new house, it is very clean.The only drawback is that the temperature of the bath water is not well controlled, it is either too hot or becomes cold!Good thing Thailand is very hot…

Siam Discovery, MBK, Victory Monument, Chatuchak Park or take a ride out to the outskirts of Samut Prakan. To see the scenery or visit various places, you can travel comfortably by electric train.

the best air bnb! The host's hospitality is fabulous. The apartment is of rich historic and each room is of different theme and able to accommodate up to 14 to 15 pax. Most of all, the host made us feel very welcome and at home. We all love stay here and will miss the host. Will definitely stay at winnine again.

It was a pleasure for us at the house. The house owner was really nice, lovely and friendly. We had the complimentary Thai breakfast, "Pad Thai", cooked by the house owner. We all enjoy to live in here.

This place is super comfy and the owner Anne goes out of her way to make you feel that way. Themed bedrooms (I stayed in the 'Beach room') and it was large, beachy, with a balcony and large bathroom with plenty of closet space.5 minute walk from the Bang Chak BTSHighly recommended!Thanks Anne!

Best place to stay ,very close to sky train, the host is amazing. Good if you are looking exploring local lifestyle in Bangkok.
