Amazing service, location and pool.My partner had dengue fever (caught in Uluwatu not lombok) and needed to stay in hospital for a few days post our check out date, the receptionist didnt hesitate to ask if they could assist us and immediately offered to store our 2 surfboard bags, one being a large 8 foot mal while we were moved to a hospital in Mataram 1 hour away from Kuta Lombok.They have gone above and beyond to care and assist us in this difficult time, making our lives easier, I cannot recommend this place enough.Thank you again 🙏

- [ ] I stayed at Nucifera for almost a week in September 2024 and had the most comfortable stay. The resort is small, cozy, and very beautiful. There is a little pool and kitchenette. The rooms are basic but very comfortable and affordable for longer stays. Location is perfect! You can rent a scooter and get your laundry done for cheaper prices. The staff are warm and welcoming and super helpful if you need anything. Perfect for longer durations where you need something affordable but warm, cozy and comfortable.

Good location and the pool area is nice but the water was cloudy.As for the room, we booked the deluxe one with views of the pool and it was still very small, without a closet, and an uncomfortable mattress (they gave us room 5). The air conditioning worked regularly, the doors to both the bathroom and the street did not close properly and there were cracks where mosquitoes could enter and a lot of light came in. There was no hair dryer and after asking them, they did not have one to leave the guests on time. The bathroom had a very strong smell of pipes and chemicals that did not go away during our entire 3-day stay. Bad quality-price.

Super positive experience!Clean rooms, new bathrooms. They provided us with towels (also for the pool) and a welcome "drink".Good breakfast, in a nice setting and very friendly staff!Excellent location: 5 minutes walk from the center, but away from the noise of the busy streets. The restaurant opposite is excellent!We recommend 😊

Hotel perfectly located a few minutes walk from the city center and shops, restaurants.The hotel is very pretty and the staff are lovely! Very good value for money!Everything was perfect, the only negative point is that the room, although very beautiful, was quite small. Possibility of renting a scooter on site at an attractive price
