My parents stayed here for 6 nights and ALL the staff and facilities were AMAZING. The staff were ALWAYS so friendly and welcoming, and made the stay very comfortable!! The room was clean and facilities were kept beautifully.

A little paradise in the heart of Kuta! We spent 5 nights here at the beginning of October and would have liked to have stayed longer. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and were cleaned every day, the pool was a dream and an absolute highlight was the staff - Zoro, Egis and their entire team - who were always friendly, courteous and in a good mood. Another highlight was the á la carte breakfast. Many nice restaurants and bars can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. We would come back at any time!

Definitely a good deal! The rooms are spacious and super clean, the beds are comfy, and the daily cleaning service is well done. The breakfast menu is excellent, and the personnel are extremely attentive to guests. The swimming pool area is also nice. We initially planned to stay for four nights, but we felt so good in this hotel and in Kuta Lombok overall that we extended our stay by three nights. The proximity to the mosque was not an issue for us; it wasn't loud from the rooms at the back of the pool.

We had a very enjoyable stay at El Tropico, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the facility was lovely ! The location is very central in Kuta with lots of lovely shops, restaurants and markets near by! Would 100% recommend this hotel

Hotel in Mandalika with "santorini" style. Clean and large room & bathroom. Large pool in the middle. Delicious breakfast. But small access and parking lot.

Me and my wife had a beautiful experience while staying in El Tropico. The hotel is well taken care of. It’s really clean. The staff are really professional and nice. It’s amazing to have 3 pools to chose from. The sun beds are also very comfortable. The breakfast is so good, and all food in general is very high quality, they must have some really professional chefs.I can with 100% confidence say that I highly recommend this hotel. I hope they keep up the good work, because this community they have at the hotel is not often you see.

We had a fantastic stay at El Tropico for 4 nights and 1 night before flying home.It was a wonderfully maintained hotel and very peaceful atmosphere and experience in the bustle of Kuta. The breakfast option is a must with great variety of options and fresh fruit.The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and attentive and really made the experience special with a big call out to Yudi from the front desk who was great and super helpful with whatever we needed.Egis was amazing and so friendly and helpful whatever the guests needed he was there.Highly reccomend el tropics and hope to return one day!

Such a beautiful hotel - the rooms, the staff, the overall atmosphere, everything is so great! We felt so comfortable here, the food and drinks are at a fair price but most of all the staff make this place incredible. We will definitely come back! :-)

Of all the hotels we stayed in Indonesia this was by far the best we stayed in! The rooms are new and finely furnished with very well-chosen minimal furnishings, equipped with everything necessary.The structure has several equipped pool areas including an adults only pool area. In the hotel there are also areas used for remote working which help to make the entire structure even more pleasant in the case of remote working stays.The location of the hotel is just 10 minutes walk from the sea, there are many restaurants in the area. The hotel cuisine is excellent, especially breakfast in the morning.

The best hotel in Kuta!! Big shout out to all the staff in the hotel. The rooms are so clean and luxurious. The kitchen is also fantastic. Try the tuna sandwich!!! ❤️
