Clean villa and pool. Reception staff were so lovely! A few issues such as the AC turns off and won’t switch back on which can ruin your sleep. Could do with amenities such as an iron and hair dryer! Close to Kuta centre, overall would recommend.

Were supposed to stay 4nights but we extend our stay to 7 nights since we loved this place.Not that far from the visiting spots, welcoming staffs and they were very helpful.Equipped kitchen, private pool, clean room, and restaurants were in construction so will be much convenient.

We spent 5 days in Villa 9.The rooms were very clean and the service was excellent. Greetings to MariaThe villa is also relatively cheap by European standards.We got a 250m^2 villa with private pool for 4 people even though we were only 2 people.The prices were very reasonable.We also wanted to extend our stay, but this went smoothly. You just have to ask at reception.Washing services and scooter rentals are also offered.The villa is approximately 5 minutes from the city center by scooter.Villa 9 also has a smart TV and very fast and reliable WiFi.Will definitely come here again next time I come to Lombok!

Villas very well located.Access conditions are not the best since it runs along a dirt road. However, once you get to the place it is very good. Advisable.

Not worth the price. Expensive, but without basic amenities. Dirty towels. They forgot to put towels and toilet paper in it. They put a single bed sheet on the double bed. We felt cheated. I don't recommend it. Pool water not clear.

First the positive. The villa is spacious and quiet. The hosts are hard-working and super friendly. The pool is clean and is regularly and automatically well cleaned. The ambience is also beautifully selected.But I would have expected more for the sporty price for Lombok. Unfortunately there was no welcome drink, which is absolutely important for me. That's the first impression of the accommodation! For €90 a night, the bathroom is visually not sunshine either. We had mold on one shelf in the bathroom. Mini bar could also be included for the price. It's all a niggle at the highest level, but in my opinion it's worth it for the price. Accordingly, I don't think the price-performance ratio is appropriate.However, the villa is currently being expanded and has not yet reached its destination. Accordingly, my opinion could change again when I am there in 10 years.

We stayed here for 2 weeks, it was such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The villa is very beautiful and has everything you could wish for, we felt at home and wanted to stay for months. The location of the accommodation couldn't be better, quiet and cozy yet close to the city and attractions of Kuta. The crew is outstanding, friendly and helpful! A big thank you to Maria, Vini, Nasip and the whole crew! The accommodation also has a driver Ricky who offers you a great service for fair prices, airport transfers etc.We will definitely come back next time we are in Lombok! 😍🙏❤️

My family and I stayed in Nr. 16 for a month and had a great time. The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. The villa is basic, but gives you mostly all the facilities you need. Specially the outdoor area is nice for chillings. Location is perfect.

Almost got stuck on the price on the official website today when I wanted to make a reservation for the MotoGP event period for a friend. On the booknamudotnet website the price was posted at 1.3/nite, after I confirmed it turned out to be 6 million/nite. Lombok oh Lombok...

We had an amazing week at villa Namu, wish we could’ve stayed longer. The place is beautiful and feels like home. The staff even better, especially our friend Maria! She is so kind and helpful. We miss it already

Magnificent villa. Very nice swimming pool, much bigger than in the photos and very clean. Villa hidden from view. Discreet, smiling and available staff. Maria very welcoming and smiling 💕Laudry express service in 1 day impeccable. Location 2km from all restaurants. I recommend 100%.

Villa Namu was exactly what my partner and i were looking for. Its private pool and jungle surroundings makes you feel as if you're secluded and tucked away in the mountains, however only 5 minutes from Kuta centre, eateries, and anything really! Maria was responsive and kind, and understood what we were after the whole stay, could not recommend this hidden paradise enough. We will definitely be back :)

Had a lovely stay at Villa Namu!Maria, Windy, and Nasip were super helpful, with perfect English. The security guys and all the staff were so friendly and made us feel right at home. Pool is so nice. Rooms etc are exactly as the pictures.If I had to nitpick, a bit more storage space would be great for longer stays and some blinds for the window above the bed would be nice. We stayed in Villa 2, I believe the new rooms have more storage space etc 🙏Overall, definitely recommend! Lovely staff!
