The location is close to the Moto GP Circuit. The hotel's ambience is good, there are several cafes and restaurants that are open until evening. The room matches the price paid. It was a bit uncomfortable regarding the service, when we wanted to order clothes ironing (pressing), the staff didn't want to take the clothes to the room but we were told to take them to the reception. As long as I order pressing, it is always taken from the hotel staff's room. Overall just okay.

This hotel was good. It had a modern design, and the bed was amazing—super comfortable. However, I was woken up by noise in the hallway starting at 7:00 a.m., which wasn’t great.The breakfast was average, nothing special, but overall the stay was decent.”

Had a great stay at Montana Oceanside after hiking mt rinjani. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, room is clean, bed is super comfy, location is perfect within walking distance of kuta beach. You also get free entrance and 50% off at mandalika beach clubI also ordered room Service ((which was very reasonably price)), and the nasi goreng montana was AMAZING… highly recommend if you can take spicy food

If you are looking for a Pullman or a Four Seasons look elsewhere.What this is, is a modern hotel with smallish rooms. You get good value for money.Staff are friendly and helpful. You feel welcome.Rooms are clean.Shower pressure is excellent.Breakfast is good.Good location .There are some minor niggles such as the suitcase stand not being large enough to accommodate a standard sized suitcase, and complimentary ear plugs would have been appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at Montana Oceanside mandalika. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Always smiling and welcoming. The room was very comfortable, the location is walkable to everything. We ended up extending our stay twice. Breakfast was great. I can’t recommend it enough. Great people!

Mixed emotions with this hotel.When checking in they told us it would be a twin, we insisted to get a double room since this is what we booked. They were bothered to look for a solution but we insisted. They took about 30min to find a solution but could fix it.Room is very nice and bed confi.Breakfast...they really need to make a change here! Not everyone eat rice, noodle and eggs in the morning. The first day they had some bread and Jam, some sweets but next day no more jam, and we did ask...following day we asked again and no jam. I asked if they could get some and the reply was no. Well my husband did, in the supermarket across the road!!!! As simple as this! Also no fresh juice. I think they can do better for a 4 stars... also thinking of foreigners which are not Asian neither muslim (with no offence).Have in mind behind the hotel there is the bigger mosque so get some earplugs since the first call is 5am !

I really doubted at first whether to write a comment or not, but after 4 sleepless nights I decided to give a comment. First of all, this hotel really deserves 2 stars because the rooms were so small. You could not put your suitcase anywhere. And the cleaning staff was very noisy from 7 o'clock, they started shouting at each other and knocking to clean. If you put a sign saying 'do not want to be disturbed' you were still awake at 7 o'clock because of their noisy behavior, slamming doors all the time, talking to each other with walkie walkie in front of your door. And we got a towel with yellow stains on it, then we had reported that we wanted another towel because it was very dirty. I get clean towels. But the next day I see the same towel in our bathroom. That was the last point where I thought, take a picture and write a comment!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, the rooms are correct and the hotel is well located in Kuta, for sleeping and doing activities since it does not have a pool. The breakfast was very limited, it had a small coffee maker for just over 3-4 cups for the entire buffet that every time it runs out you have to wait for the coffee to be made again. When things run out, they don't replace anything unless you ask. He who gets up at 7 has the same right to breakfast as he who gets up at 9. We saw how people arrived later and didn't even know what to have for breakfast....in general for everything else, friendly staff and everything good.

Staying in Hotel Montana was definitely the best decision I made in Lombok! Just a walking distance to the beach, hippiest restaurants and shops. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful, especially Mr Indra who was able to provide our requests.My group held a seminar in this hotel and the internet connection was crystal clear and the staffs were very responsive and well-trained for these kind of events. The hotel also held an intimate outdoor event for our group, and food selection during was superb!I would recommend this hotel if you're bringing either small or big parties. Thank you Hotel Montana!
