Super delicious local food - definitely try Sasak Food! Andy and Hero make you feel very at home and have a good time. A highlight was the tour organized by Andy with Ossi through rice fields, to the waterfall and through the Monkey Forest. We learned so much about plants, agriculture and culture - just great!

It has been a magical and exceptional place! We have been treated wonderfully, all the staff are really very very friendly.Our bungalow was very clean, very spacious and very comfortable. It had a small terrace overlooking the garden overlooking the rice fields. It also had air conditioning and came very well equipped with a hairdryer, soap, towels and mosquito repellent.We were able to have dinner in the hotel restaurant and also breakfast there and the truth is that the food was very good and very well treated. They also respected very well that one of the dishes was not spicy at all.Thank you for everything! ♥️ If we come back we will repeat!

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by host Andy and his colleague Am. We were able to go straight to our room.This room was fully equipped. A spacious soft bed, hot shower with good pressure and brand new air conditioning.The location of the guesthouse is beautiful. It is located between the rice fields and from the restaurant you have a beautiful view, where you can also have a delicious breakfast/dinner.Andy offers beautiful tours and has a lot of knowledge of the environment and nature that he shares during the tours.Andy and Am, thank you for your hospitality and our wonderful and educational time in Tetebatu.Highly recommended for your stay in Tetebatu!

We had a very nice time. You will be warmly welcomed by Andi and Heru. They are very friendly and helpful.In addition, the Guest House is located in a beautiful spot near the rice fields. The rooms overlook the rice fields. In addition, the rooms are clean, have a good bed and a hot shower. Andi's tours are highly recommended. We did the tour to the rice fields, waterfalls and black monkey mountain. During the tour we also learned a lot about the culture. We also took a cooking class with Andi, Andi's wife and Heru. That is also highly recommended. The food at the Guest House is fresh and delicious. We had a great time here and we would go back in a heartbeat.

Booking our 5 nights at this guesthouse was the BEST decision! Andi, Heru, and Am truly made our stay the best experience. The room was modern and clean, hot showers, comfy bed, A/C worked great. The guesthouse is located on a street with many rice terraces and you have a nice view of them from your room too. We ate at the restaurant every night and food was affordable and delicious, our favorite in all of Lombok! (We recommend the Sasak special food, Ayam Percik, curry, and pelecing kangkung). Breakfast was included and it was also delicious with eggs, toast, and mixed fruit. Andi let us rent a motorbike when we needed and he also offers tours in Tetebatu. My bf and I had special requests for Andi and he made them all happen, the family here really go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. I cannot recommend Novia Guesthouse enough. If you’re staying in Tetebatu just go ahead and book this place!

VERY BAD.1. When we arrived we had to wait in the heat for 20 minutes because there was no one there.2. We booked one room at Booking, and when we arrived they told us that we actually had another room. (I'll show you a photo).And this room is so creepy, old and dirty and does not at all correspond to what was in the photo in the booking. She wasn't there at all.To stay in the one we originally booked, we were told to pay extra.I had to pay extra.3. When we checked into this room, we were tired from the trip and wanted to take a shower, but there was no water...4. There is no air conditioning in the room! This is tough..It's so hot that it's impossible to sleep.5. Wi-Fi is not working.We do not recommend staying here.

Novia Guest House was great. I really enjoyed my two nights here. The staff were so friendly. Our room was really comfortable. Breakfasts were simple but enough. Evening meals (especially the local Sasak dishes) took a while to arrive but were very tasty. Complimentary tea and coffee available all day.Tetebatu is a lovely village to walk around. Such a beautiful setting - mountain views and surrounded by rice fields.Highly recommended.

Andi and Heru (the managers) are two of the best people that I've ever met. They treat us as family, with a lot of kindness and respect, always trying to help.The place is perfect, super clean, spacious and airy, with a wonderful view. It's super close (15min walking) to beautiful waterfalls, rice fields and a stunning natural swimming pool.Andi's food is like a dream, so tasty and fragrant! They give us a delicious breakfast and they are always offering free coffee and tea.It's the kind of place you don't want to leave.
