If you have a choice, stay somewhere else. They are liars and the photos do not correspond to the current state of the establishment. They canceled a reservation made months ago and rehoused us, according to them, in a location with better conditions, and nothing to do with the contracted one.They didn't tell us anything about the new place and they sent our suitcases to the new location in a transport truck. When we arrived, they were without power because it was a new construction and they had not been able to finish to give us adequate service.

A super nice facility and great rooms. However, there was a strong smell of drains in the bathroom. The employees on site are super friendly and very hard working! Often dishes from the menu were not available at breakfast, which was a shame. Otherwise we had a great stay and definitely recommend the accommodation!

Great location on a quiet street, but still nice and central. Friendly staff. Only room for improvement was the very terrible shower head/pressure, otherwise our stay was close to perfect. Thank you

Correct room, very well located hotel, service a little strange especially for breakfast. Breakfast where it took them 45 minutes to bring us the dishes. For something very simple. They told us through the "laundry" that we would have everything ready at the end of the day and in the end we had our clothes the next day. I think it's the culture in Indonesia. « chill »

A beautiful place to stay our trip to Lombok that is central enough in Kuta for restaurants, massages, gyms etc but just out of the busiest and loudest areas which was perfect 👌 brand new linen, pillows and towels provided and the staff were friendly, helpful. The restaurant is quiet with great cocktails and range of other drinks. It looks like some renovations are taking place and we look forward to returning in the future and staying again!

I put 5 stars in final because the employees in addition to being smiling are always there for you and do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible upon our arrival small oversight swimming pool not cleaning small remark made the next day it was they cleaned you provide all the information you needThe place is peaceful, you hardly hear the noise of the nights of Kuta and we are 100 meters from the main artery, taxi available on request

Very contradictory impression. After my friend and I checked out of the hotel, some Indonesian who introduced himself as a surf instructor started texting her number and said he got the phone number at the reception of the hotel we were staying in.Hence my question to the hotel management or should I go straight to the police?Are you guys familiar with the rules of confidential information storage and non-proliferation? It's a rule of thumb for any establishment that provides temporary lodging.So any person off the street, for some fictitious reason, can come to you, request access to the data book, and get any information about the people who live here now or have lived here?Are you guys out of your minds?I definitely don't recommend it.Go away from this place...And so, a good hotel, with cozy rooms, and a nice bathroom, but the air conditioner is unclear why over the bed hangs and blows towards the door, blowing out all the air wet, and in the pool bottom all green, even the lamp one fell off and turned green already, but no one does anything.

Many years ago, this accommodation probably deserved 4 or 5 stars. However, the result of a complete lack of maintenance is just very sad to see. Broken lighting everywhere, aircons that don't cool the rooms, no water pressure, loose electricity cables in and around the pool, a sad old rental scooter that can no longer make it up a steep hill... (You can rent a brand new one for the same price just down the road). This place is being milked for money and the owners are obviously trying not to spend a dime in upkeep. Very friendly staff that will take care of you complaint - as long as there are no costs involved to fix it. This place could be fantastic, but it would require a lot more love and attention from the people in charge.
