The place to be. Perfectly located. In the center but just outside all the noise. On the main road but not a problem. Such lovely people. Breakfast is superb. And take a lodge with your own Pool.

We booked via the private website and everything worked out great. We received a warm welcome and our luggage was carried into the room for us. We had a great view and the room was simple but comfortable. The facility is very clean, it is swept every day.We easily ordered breakfast for the next day via WhatsApp in the evening and it came straight to the terrace.We always had the pool to ourselves, a really nice place to relax.The family that runs the facility is very friendly and helpful.We would stay here again next time! Thank you :-)

Located on the Main Street of kuta, easily can reach all the restaurant and also the beach.

Amazing stay at Yoki’s, a big thank you to the warm and helpful team.Pretty Bungalow with private swimming pool (cleaned every day!), comfortable bedding with mosquito net, very pleasant bathroom with hot water. Bottle of water available/on request. Breakfast served on your terrace every morning.The location of Yoki’s is ideal, at the top of the main street close to all the restaurants and shops in Kuta.There is nothing to say, I can only recommend you 100%.

This hotel accepted my booking and my money, weeks prior, then I guess realised they could make more by overselling it during the hugely busy Independence Day celebrations, so much so that they saw no issue with selling my room to someone else, even though I was a lone woman travelling with a four-year-old, which was clearly stated in the booking!And instead of notifying me earlier in the day so I could make alternative arrangements, they waited until my Grab had well and truly left in the dark of night, before finally mumbling that my son and I had nowhere to stay for the night. Yes, you read that right, the booking clearly stated to expect a woman and her small child, and this hotel still had no qualms about giving the room away to the highest bidder.As if this was not bad enough, the man who worked there then proceeded to follow and harass us down the street after I repeatedly told him to leave us alone, insisting that we get on his motorbike so he could "take us to another hotel(!?)"Like?!? Sir, I'm not putting my small child on the back of some strange man's motorbike to be driven in the dark to god knows where!?It got to the point that other locals had to intervene so he would leave us alone. Sadly this was the first time in all our travels through Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia that I felt unsafe and it was a really awful welcome to Lombok after many visits to Bali. We won't be back.I now see from the reviews I am not the only one they have done this to. I was forced to fork out 4 x as much for a room last minute. So just don't do it, save yourself the stress and headache. To leave someone without a room during a peak weekend so you can make a few extra dollars is one thing, but to do it to a parent travelling with a small child is unconscionable.

Good price, friendly and accomodating staff. Clean and luxurious rooms. Definitely a good pick for a couples holiday

We didn't felt welcome upon arrival, our bungalow was not ready when we checked in around 4pm. Rooms were not well maintained, dirty, and we were informed there's no available towel yet. A lot of mosquitoes (net wasn't provided) that I didn't sleep well for 4 nights.Staff was friendly and helpful but not efficient. I had to ask for the service everytime.Location was accessible, its along the road so consider the traffic noise.

As per the picture, nice rooms, very good service, strategic location. Unfortunately the warm water is not smooth but it doesn't matter because Lombok also has hot air
