I don’t know if the room is good or not, because I came here to drink coffee. The environment is nice and comfortable, and the paintings on the walls are interesting.

Great location off sukhumvit 101…. Please check out Wat Dhammamonkol (Emerald Buddha) and True Digital Park around the corner from the hotel. Great smoothie shop. May Veggie Home restaurant is also nearby.

We absolutely loved staying here! The rooms were great, good size, very comfy bed and very quiet. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We spent lots of time hanging out in the lovely cafe (great smoothies and coffee). Very convenient neighbourhood, only a few mins walk from the sky train, good mall nearby, a gym, swimming pool and lots of good restaurants all within walking distance. Thank you!

Loved this place so much, extended stay twice! The rooms are impeccable. The staff are superb. The WiFi is amazing. I routinely worked in the lovely cafe during the day, and often ate takeaways there in the evening. Their coffee and smoothies are great. The laundry is easy. The sky train is only a 5 min wander down the road. There are several supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes. The true digital park - with loads of restaurants, cafes, shops, fancy gym etc - is only a 10 min walk away. In summary - very highly recommended!

Hurry and come experience the newness... The room is spacious. The bed is very good, no back pain. The room has good soundproofing and is quiet. Closed curtains are dark. Sleep comfortably even if you sleep in strange places. The large bathroom has a separate bathroom and shower room, so you don't have to compete with each other. warm atmosphere There is a coffee shop and laundry shop. Complete in one placeNear Punnawithi BTS station, walking distance.Less than 5 minutes, located on Sukhumvit Soi 101.

This hotel was amazing! The room was spotless and comfortable. The owner was incredibly friendly and gave us fantastic advice on local attractions. The location, just a 5-minute walk from the BTS station, was perfect. We will definitely come back in the future.

The hotel is absolutely new, conveniently located with attention to details such as outlets, switches, and lighting, boasting new furniture, air conditioning, a safe, all styled tastefully and with flair, including even the floor tiling. The plumbing is top-notch, and both the room and the bathroom and shower smell pleasant, highlighting an attention to detail that elevates it to perhaps even a boutique hotel level. The hotel owners are very pleasant people who assisted me in moving to a larger room without requesting additional payment. There's also a cafe downstairs with excellent specialty coffee. The location is superb, and the price-quality ratio is 100% on point. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit. Coupled with my earlier experience of the staff being simply wonderful, attentive to requests, and very caring, my stay was nothing short of excellent.

Smoothie in the coffee shop is delicious, as rumored. The rooms are clean, fully equipped, and the bathroom has a separate shower room. Arrange the room to look airy and comfortable, but at night there is complete darkness through the room. Makes you fall asleep even if you sleep in a strange place

The hotel is just a few min walk from the BTS station, and there are plenty of street food stalls nearby. The atmosphere is peaceful, and even late at night, I felt very safe thanks to the residential location, where you can see the local life of Bangkok throughout the day.The room was very clean and modern, with amenities like a monsoon shower, USB ports, and ambient lighting.Additionally, the hotel has a cafe, laundry service, and a rooftop area.The owner and their family are incredibly friendly and attentive. As a solo traveler, I found them easy to talk to. I had a great time chatting with them and another guest. I'll definitely return to this hotel when I visit Bangkok again.

Such a lovely place to stay. Rooms very clean and tidy and the owner and the staff were so lovely to me. I really felt looked after and I would happily stay here next time I visit Bangkok! Not too far from BKK airport and the BTS is a couple of minutes away.

We had the good fortune of staying a full week here with Kric and his amazing family and staff - lots of pro's for this place - one, is that a super location near the SkyTrain in a neighborhood with some great food and coffee shop options - second room is clean and nice - the laundry downstairs which is also brand new - very handy - but more than anything, Kric and the team will do anything to make your stay more enjoyable - one of the best hotel values I have seen in Bangkok - and we will be back
