Very satisfied staying here, the rooms are clean, there is a private pool in each room. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast menu is delicious. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful. Very suitable for a staycation. If I go to Jogja, I will stay here again 👍🏼👍🏼

This is the first time I've stayed and I was greeted with a friendly welcome... luggage was brought, the service was top notch... the food was also delicious, the rooms were clean, the pool was clean, the kids loved it...

the place is comfortable & clean. The staff is super friendly & the service is top notch. Coincidentally yesterday I rented floaties but after a while they were already flat (from the staff there was already a disclaimer if there was a leak, but if for example it was flat, you could immediately call to have it pumped up again), but we didn't expect it to go flat that quickly, but in the end we called again and it was pumped up again. Then the management finally returned the rental money and gave me another float (which leaked a little), huhu, really good. Then coincidentally at that time several times the electricity broke out due to a surge in usage. The resort also responded very quickly and immediately reported it to PLN and provided emergency lamps for each room while PLN fixed the electricity, in about 4 hours it was back to normal. and at checkout time you are given a voucher as compensation. Overall staying here is satisfying & enjoyable👌🏻👌🏻

I stayed here for 6 nights with my foreign husband, each room has a private swimming pool, the style of the building has a royal era theme, it's still intact, the architecture hasn't changed, I'm Javanese so I like maintaining the characteristics of old houses. Indeed, the location is a bit far from the busy center... you have to use a taxi for around 15 minutes if you want to go to the city center, for those who want peace, this is the place, far from the noise of the city, the staff are very friendly, especially Ms. Reny who always provides the best service, The breakfast menu is different every day and it tastes delicious, and the plus point is that when we came home we were brought cake to prepare for the trip. Thank you very much to Bale Devata Resort.
