lived here 4 months.the room is small, can't get between the bed & the TVThe cleanliness of the bathroom is lacking, especially in the gap between the shower and the toilet there is a hole that smells like it🤢AND EVERY FLOOR LOTS OF RATS!disappointing serviceWhen they book they ask for a 50% down payment, where the down payment is around 10%.When I checked in the electricity was 0 and the receptionist didn't say anything, he didn't know either. no initiative. The other boarding house was filled in first and we changed the money when we checked in.After checking in I was allowed to unpack first then pay the rent, because I took the top room so I had to help the boarding house people lift my things first, the receptionist said okay, but when I entered the room it was scattered every 15 minutes for transfer, my people were staying there, I was unpacking , you're not going anywhere either.The price for overnight guests is 100 thousand, whereas other boarding houses charge 50 thousand (then they watch the guests on CCTV, to record the date of stay, it's a bit creepy) when asked to pay, I offered to pay 1 million for an extra 1pax/month, but they wanted to be paid an additional pax + extra charge visitor. BTW, another boarding house (better & more expensive, add 1 pax, it's 500 thousand/month, you know)This boarding house has a lot of demand, but the service isn't great. Premium price, but not equal quality.Road access is easy to get everywhere, but one day the neighbor's house held an event and blocked the entry/exit road to the boarding house all day, but there was no notice from the boarding house.Basically I don't recommend this place, especially with prices like this, it's better to look for another place.
