One of the favorite holiday areas when going to Anyer. The villa price is affordable according to the quality of the room+ There are 2 rooms, with 1 bathroom. All the rooms are cool, the AC is cold, the rooms are clean and smell like disinfectant+ CS on IG and WA is friendly+ Clean pool+ There is a stove, rice cooker and refrigerator available+ Smart TV, Netflix, you can watch as much as you like 🤩There are some shortcomings, hopefully they can be fixed- The seat of the bathroom toilet is very dirty, it looks like the seat can be replaced- The mattress in the small room is also a bit rickety (noisy when changing sleeping position), but still comfortable to use- There are cooking utensils but they are not suitable for use (dirty, the pans have peeled off) so it is better to bring your own pans and cutlery- In the villa area there is a cat that seems to be used to staying there and is a bit naughty peeing in the cooler bag 😅 maybe you can anticipate using a cover around the gaps in the fenceOverall satisfied staying at Maison De Q

For prices above 1 million, the facilities are quite complete, there is a private pool that can be used for children to swim and the interior is also quite aesthetic. It's just that there seems to be a lack of maintenance. The AC in the double bed room was leaking, the walls of the room looked damp, some of the cooking utensils provided were not suitable for use and were dusty. The stove is also difficult to use. What made it uncomfortable was that in the end of the bathroom there were lots of cigarette butts, which looked like they were left by previous visitors. And not cleaned well. Advice, it's best to just remove the stone because it causes an unpleasant odor due to dampness. But the guards are very good and respond quickly to help. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future. 🙏🏻

A very suitable villa for a holiday by the beach. Even though it is not located next to the beach, there is a free pass for residents of the villas on El Pukara beach. When I lived there the wifi network was very unstable and there were lots of flies in the villa area. That's all my family's complaints
