I love the location of the hotel. Staff is friendly, pool is fantastic and so clean. The rooms are not big but airco was working very well. Bathroom is typical Thai style but with nice hot shower. When you go buy a painting from the Golden Elizabeth.

Quite decent, although it is already obvious that it is old. Very helpful staff, clean pool. The food isn't bad either. Close to the main streets of Bankgkok, no need to take a tuk tuk.

Not expensive but this definitely affects the quality. The room had a weird smell upon arrival, and to get housekeeping while staying you had to inform the reception before 2PM. Besides that, the waterpressure of the shower is very weak.The pool doesn’t feel clean at all, gives an oily feel to your skin after swimming.Location is definitely a good spot, not too crowded but walking distance to many places such as Khaosan road.

Terrible place!!! A guesthouse in India looks and smells better. The service is terrible, the smell is terrible, the toilets are very small, the shower is part of the sink and the toilet, there is no separation. There are no basic conditions for staying even for one night. We left the room before the end of our reservation and moved to another place.Don't come close!! A waste of money!

The swimming pool, price, fridge in the room and wifi are advantages, but the rooms are not cleaned, the bedding is made of artificial material so you sleep like in a commercial, the toilet in some rooms is clogged, the air conditioning blows directly onto the bed so you don't sleep well, in general... plus

Ok hotel. The price is ok for the room but first day there were no room clearing. We were in the room a while during the day, but no one knocked. Only tiny bottle of soap for 3 people. Clean room and nice central location. Had to ask if the room were cleaned, and then woman in reception sand, that you should tell in rhe morning if you needed cleaning i have nevered expierenced that before, except for 1 room bungalow with madras for 200 bath a day when I was young.

I was staying in this hotel 1 year ago and was so impressed with service and location. Actually all good reviews which you can find are from that time. This year it seems like much less clients in low season. Despite that fact I’ve got very bad service here. Also all night I hear how my neighbour vomited in the toilet. And it’s no sound protection between rooms here.But next day I’ve got even more bad situation with reception.I booked more expensive room on Booking .com with included fast so-go, early check in and late check out. However as I released on next day , nobody knows from stuff that they have room with this options included and they took my deposit (500 bath).I showed my reservation in booking.con where wrote that these option are included . But it wasn’t help.Don’t recommend this place anymore. Will stay in more decent place next time

The room was considered good, clean, the bed was soft, the location was good. But what is questionable is the service. especially call center I just forgot something. Called in the morning to inquire and it was good. Answered well. But when the time came that they told me to call again, I disconnected two calls. The third line just holds the line. I'm confused. What's going on? Please make some improvements for the service in this aspect. I don't feel very good about this part.
