After searching here and there, comparing this and that, this is the best boarding house in the area around SetiaBudi. The price is so-so. But yes, compared to boarding houses in its class, this is the cheapest. The location is also really good. Don't enter the narrow roads inland of SetiaBudi. The facilities are also complete: TV, AC, private refrigerator, elevator, fitness area, large parking area. I've looked for another boarding house with similar facilities that is more expensive. There are prices below this, but there are no lifts. If you bring a refrigerator, the costs will increase. Addition for 2 people is also relatively cheap compared to the others. There are other places that add a million, 750 thousand. Oh yes, one more thing, this location is flood free. Fits in high areas.

Internet 10mbps, but on off connection, t am suffering if I have to do WFH at Cove because the instable internet connection, plus only 15 Cable tv channel, lack of managment attention, for the tenants who

Don't go there please they offer poor service (my bedroom was not clean when I came : only the floor). There was so much spider nest that I had to retrieve and some of them were hanging by the ceiling so I struggled a lot. The AC worked but made a terrible noise so I could not sleep with it neither have it on more than 5 minutes. Wi-Fi does not work for 2 days every week we do not know why so we had (with other people) to ask every week for the person in charge of the electricity to come. But the worst part is that the building is next to the place of prayer and the call to prayer happens 5 times a day, sometimes last for 45 minutes (worst thing is when it calls at 4am you can not sleep after that). It is too much expensive for what it really offers.

I’ve had a very horrible experience with the air condition (AC) as it was tremendously hot and not cold enough. I was sweating when i slept there and even after calling the room service they couldn’t do much since the management had already established a 3/4 PK.For a room that spacious it wasn’t just cold enough. The room was clean and tidy as per expected of Cove. However, I was extremely disappointed at the temperature of the room.
