I stayed here because I was curious about the name of the new hotel, right?The only hotel that asks for a deposit of 400 thousand, which is the overnight price of only 500 thousand. hahaThe cleanliness of the room is ok, the waiters are friendly. The bad experience was that yesterday when I was staying, the lights went out twice, where I had to leave the room because it was hot. Once it's off, it can last up to 30 minutes. He said he had a generator but only for one floor. hahaIf I told you to come back, big no, I have several choices in the Kuningan area, Plaza 54, The Pakis, Andara, etc.

What I don't agree with is D E P O S I T 400,000 and then R4 vehicles are subject to Cas 20,000, if this is a hotel then that deposit is even more permissible, try to renegotiate the Guest Rules. In my opinion, No... Thanks

The hotel with the worst service during my stay at the hotel. The experience when staying here was unpleasant, the items were removed without any confirmation from the hotel, the excuse also didn't make sense because they didn't have a cellphone number and the room was already occupied by someone else. Even though the night before I had confirmed with CS to extend and asked for the payment to be paid immediately or later, they said it would be no problem the next day. But in reality, the goods are released in the afternoon without any news, a fairly large deposit of 200,000/per night does not guarantee room availability...Customer Service is unethical because it doesn't know how to serve guests well. For that price, it's better to look for another hotel that is comparable and can have breakfast at the same time rather than here...

The hotel with the worst service, the front receptionist is stupid, we said extend yes, but then the next day when we came home and wanted to enter the hotel the items were suddenly taken out for the reason that someone had already booked, rubbish indeed!

The room is great. Quite shocked with the deposit price.. (why?) BUT i only got 350K in return bcs THE MOTORCYLE PARKING FEE IS 50K IN ONE NIGHT??!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??! Sorry but im not going back. 🙏
