Noisy neighbours (the residents) kids running, and screaming around from 10 pm to 1 am. Not worth it for your holiday.

After staying for three days, I can only say that the service guy on the first floor is really bad. I feel like I owe him money. The breakfast is also terrible. When I walk out, there is a 7-11 near the overpass that has more variety than them. Highly not recommended, far from the MRT.

Traveling to Thailand and staying here for seven days...1. On the first day, I found that the cleaning was not very good. There was dirt on the induction cooker in the room. Maybe the soup spilled from cooking by the previous tenant?2. We stayed for seven days, but the hotel’s wifi became unavailable after we had used it for two or three days, and we were not informed! I feel a little bad!3. The hotel cleaning staff helped us clean the room but did not replenish our shower supplies, so we had no shower gel to use at the back (there were three days in between when the cleaning staff knocked on the door, and we ate in the room, so we asked them not to clean it)

The service is bad, the treatment is worse, there is no organization at all, and most of the staff do not know the systems.. Unfortunately, I found racism from the majority of the staff towards Arabs.

It is shocking how a hotel with this name has this rude, arrogant and racist staff. This is the most awful treatment and hospitality I have ever seen in a hotel in my life. Ever since the check-in, the reception staff were not welcoming at all. They are not willing to collaborate over anything, and even when I asked for the manager, nothing changed. This is not my first time in Ramada by Wyndham, I have stayed at it in numerous countries and this is my second time in Bangkok. Last year, I have stayed at Sukhumvit 48 and the attitude was not like this.DO NOT STAY HERE! AWFULLY RUDE DISRESPECTFUL STAFF. I would rate this below zero stars if I could.

Apartment clean and comfortable as expected for Ramada standards. Shocking attitude of reception staff, everytime I walked past - feet up on the desk and all playing on their phones!!!! No acknowlegement or greetings given by reception staff to guests coming into the hotel

This hotel is very good, with convenient transportation near the subway. Some rooms can even see the sunset and sunrise. You can also go to the rooftop bar to watch the sunrise.

A short distance from BTS, there is a smaller 711 nearby and LAWSON across the roadThe layout of the room, toilet and bathroom is very difficult to use. Opening the bathroom door will cover the toilet. You have to walk into the shower room and close the door to make space.The softness of the bed is okay, but the air-conditioning part blows all over your head and is very uncomfortable. The sound insulation is really not very good. You can hear the sound from the next door if it is louder.It's good to have elevator security that requires you to swipe your card to go upstairs. A deposit of 1,000 yuan is required for check-in.There is an indoor skybar on the top floor, as well as an outdoor part. It is a good place to go if you want to drink on a rainy day.

This hotel is located a considerable distance from the metro, requiring at least a 10-minute walk to reach it. Considering you are an average tourist in Thailand, the walk towards touristic attractions can be exhausting. By the end of the day, you may find yourself wishing for a hotel situated closer to the metro.I was also misled by Agoda regarding the room with breakfast. While the hotel may not have been directly involved, it still resulted in a very negative experience. It's crucial to always take screenshots when booking hotels, as sometimes they may advertise a lower price that includes breakfast but later deny it. They may then ask for a screenshot to prove it, which most people don't take, leading to a situation where you feel scammed.

The rooms are modern but thr furniture us horribly uncomfortable. The sofa in the room is a weird design on an angle and it's not comfortable at all.There's a kitchenette with a full size fridge, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, 1 pot and 1 frying pan some crockery, a combination washing machine dryer, cutlery and there's a small table with 2 chairs in the room.There's a distinctive lack of power sockets or places to charge your devices.The Wi-Fi is ok when it works better drops out all the time.There is a medium-sized Smart TV with hardly any English speaking channels, and you cannot put a USB and watch it through these TVs. Even the engineering staff couldn't work it outThe bathrooms a very small and tight, and there's a handheld shower Rose and an overhead rainfall shower head.The water pressure is reasonable.There is a steep stairway up to the bedroom Loft, and again in the design fault there is no handrail for safety, and there is no lighting in the stairwell which is very dark at night and this is a safety risk.The upstairs Loft bedroom is very tight for space, it's very difficult to try and walk around the bed as there is no space, however there is a cupboard and bathrobes.The bed is comfortable.On site there is a gymnasium and an outdoor small swimming pool with a few sun lounges for customers.The staff here are very friendly.Considering the number of design flaws and safety issues, it's ok for a couple of nights, but there are definitely much better properties available.

Modern but poor design.There's no power outlet near the beds or near the seating areas, so you can't charge your phones, without getting up and looking around for a power socket which they're very few in the entire room.The furniture is horrible and uncomfortable. I have a medium sized fridge freezer, and the microwave which is good.Steep steps up to the loft where the bed is, and the steps are arrow and very dark at night.The pool is out front and it's small.There's so many better accommodation options in Bangkok. No way I would recommend this place

First time seeing not A/C in the hotel, it was crazy hot in the lobby, elevator, and aisles.I dont think it's normal in Bangkok.Also, they ask to pay in advance, which is also not very normal for a hotel.

Convenient transportation. The room is fully equipped. The rooftop has a good view. The bar just opened. There aren't many people. There were hardly any people on the day we went. Parking is automated. Don't forget things in the car because it will waste a lot of time when you come down to get them.
