Don’t stay here it’s that simple. ||||I caught one of the staff wearing my baseball cap which was in my room. When I checked they had gone through my luggage and stole my cap. …

We had a problem with our room and asked staff to rectify, upon informing us that it had been fixed I noticed one of the staff had the exact same baseball cap I had.Upon checking the room my cap was gone and my bags had been disturbed.Our tour organiser (Intrepid) and hotel manager were informed but didn’t seem too concerned.We didn’t sleep while here due to this and wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here based upon our experience.

Fantastic hotel. The location and views are incredible. The hotel is well maintained with beautifully manicured grounds. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with incredible views. The outdoor dining areas have magnificent vistas in all directions. The service is a bit ordinary but the food is ok.

We stayed here the night before rinjani, staff members are helpful and well versed in english, they were open to guests using their toilets and showers after the waterfall tiu kelap right beside and is in general a place with great views of rinjani and the waterfalls beside

Can not rate for the rooms as we just stopped to pray and lunch before visiting the waterfall, the service in the restaurant is fast, the food is tasty, the price is ok for the size of the portions

The view!!!!!! Amazing. The rooms, disappointed. Big rooms. Very spacious. Fridge did not work. Toilet did not flush properly. You had to pull the top off to flush. Not clean. Staff did not appear interested and standoffish. I would recommend to look elsewhere. However, for the views alone, staying just once is fine.

Great location but poor service and stupid personnel. I have waited more than 15 minutes to bring me water. I ordered black coffee and some milk. They brought me milk but after mixing with coffee I realised the milk was full of honey, so finally I drank a very sweet coffee… I don’t recommend although the views are very nice.

First housed in one of the oldest rooms (and that for a Superior room!). So, upon request, placed in a newer bungalow. That was more in the direction of Superior. Service level mediocre. Rooms are not cleaned (?) …

Rooms are clean but basic no tea/coffee making beds are uncomfortable food is ok as is the service. But I wouldn't stay again I like my comforts to much. Hub
