This boarding house is relatively cheap, with complete facilities such as a mattress, cupboard, table, chairs, wifi, electricity, outside bathroom, shared kitchen, washing machine, clothesline, refrigerator and is also equipped with CCTV in the boarding house for security. The cleanliness of the boarding house is also quite well maintained because there is a caretaker who cleans it every day. The location of the boarding house is quite strategic, close to offices, busway stops and Tanah Abang Station. The owner of the boarding house is fast responding and the boarding house manager is friendly towards the boarding house residents. Good 😊

The boarding house is comfortable, clean because there are officers who always clean it, the facilities are also complete and always maintained, security is also guaranteed, there is CCTV, the AC is also on 24 hours every weekend, the price is also right for students, the location is strategic, I've been there for 4 months so I feel at home

I've been staying here for 1 week and I can tell I'm so comfortable in this place. When I first entered I was shocked because it turned out that the AC was central AC (?) and the room was really narrow. But over time I think that the owner is very smart with the design and interior😂 big W for him.The AC is on 24 hours on weekends, and only turns on from 5pm-5am on weekdays, because most of the residents are workers, so at 5am they are ready to go to work and at 5pm they are on their way home, it would be a waste if the central AC was on nonstop. Weekends are on 24 hours because most residents are relaxed and resting in their rooms. Over time, the narrow size of the room felt right and sufficient, because the boarding room was just a place to store things and sleep, so you didn't need a really big room. There are also lots of bathrooms and they are always clean, there are officers who come every few days to clean the boarding house. The owner really pays attention to the comfort of the residents and doesn't overdo it.What is important is that at night all residents sleep soundly; cold room + clean boarding house.The owner is also very friendly, very responsive and tolerant. I checked in at set time. 10 am is allowed, I checked out at 4 pm is also allowed, very generous I can tell.The location of the boarding house is also in the middle of the Central Jakarta area, close to West Jakarta, close to Central Jakarta, near the station and large malls.You can walk to the Orchid Park apart for approximately 1 hour if you want to exercise.The boarding house rental price is also very cheap, including electricity + water + rubbish fees too.Thank you Eiffel boarding house, I hope this boarding house has lots of residents and is always full. And the owner will always be given excellent health for his family and good fortune. Amen

The landlady is kind & responds quickly to receiving complaints / filling in electricity tokens. The boarding house is clean and comfortable, the kitchen and drying area are spacious. Unfortunately the room is not soundproof so it is sometimes disturbed if someone makes noise during break time. Recommended cheap and comfortable boarding house around Cideng.

Came to Jakarta because of work demands, looking for a boarding house, thank God I found this Eiffel Boarding House, immediately felt comfortable. Not far from the main road, close to mini markets, stalls and markets. Very suitable for boarding school children. Cold because it uses central AC, always clean because it is cleaned every day + there is Wifi. The owner is friendly and the residents also have fun with their children. FaHighly recommended for friends from outside Jakarta who get work in Central Jakarta.
