The bed is a closed capsule with a personal access card. Each bed capsule has 2 cellphone charger plugs (regular & fast), TV with remote, headset & embedded plug for listening to TV audio (so as not to disturb other customers), internal AC with LCD remote embedded in the capsule wall, as well as blankets and pillows, the mattress is a bit soft.The light level can be adjusted with a color that can also be chosen according to taste.1st floor rooms for women, 2nd floor for men. Each floor/room consists of 12 capsules.In the lobby there is a guest seating area & lockers with drawers for personal items with access cards.2-chamber bathroom with hot water shower, also 2-chamber toilet with hot water.In front of the busway stop, near the central shopping complex.Quite strategic because it is located in a complex of important places in Jakarta.Capsule price when checking in k.l. IDR 87 thousand/day, can be paid directly at the cashier or by transfer.

RUN away, they put more rooms online than they actually have. We had reservations well in advance for 2 nights, which were confirmed. I also warned that we would arrive around 5pm, and I received a second confirmation message. What was my SURPRISE when I arrived after a long journey? They tell us that they are full and that on their computer, our reservation is “canceled”. However, we never canceled our reservation, and it is clearly written “confirmed” on Booking. The reception staff told us that there must have been a problem with Booking BUT we have made more than 180 reservations via Booking, and this is the FIRST time this has happened to us. We know that the problem is not with Booking, but with this hotel, which puts us out on the street late at night, telling us that they no longer have a room for us. We found ourselves destitute without knowing where to sleep, and there were only hotels left that were beyond our budget. And above all, they seemed to be used to this situation, they didn't offer any compensation solutions, and really didn't care. In addition, we managed to get the Boss on the phone after 1 hour of arguing with the reception employee; this one was execrable and confirmed to us that they were overbooking, in case some people canceled, so as not to lose money. This is neither normal nor legal. Others of you will find yourself in this situation, randomly, because they randomly cancel reservations, it's Russian roulette. May fate be favorable to you lol.
