At first it was safe to stay here, when the owner was new, everything was slow, I didn't use the AC for 2 days because of electricity problems, the water also stopped, finally decided to move to the boarding house.Because there has to be a deposit, now it's been almost 5 months since the deposit hasn't been returned, until I chat repeatedly every month there's no response, no one wants to board here

stayed 11 days. Before entering he said the room had been prepared, it turned out that when he entered the room there were spots of puddles (muddy), the cupboard was full of white mold inside and out, there was hair on the pillowcase and blanket. Good point, Sis, I chatted straight away that night & cleaned up the next day. 1 week after staying, I wanted to extend the total stay by 1 month because of office matters, but the owner said the installments were at different prices & I couldn't follow the monthly price, if I wanted to extend the price was 45% more expensive than the monthly price. Normal monthly prices are also expensive compared to surrounding boarding houses. plus point: rooms use access cards so they are safe and in a strategic location.

On the outside, this boarding house is nice, but the inside is really rotten. Let me discuss the cons and pros to be fair.TLDR; the boarding house is not worth it. Don't be fooled by the outside, the inside is really rotten (room + management).Cons:- The internal service of this boarding house, starting from the guards, administrators and owners, is really bad. Starting from the caretaker who was making fun of everything and couldn't read the conditions, to the caretaker and owner who were contacted, his response was too slow, he had become an official & was stingy to death.- The public sink on the 4th floor is leaking all the time, the washing water is overloaded and the WASHING MACHINE is not being repaired. He said the public facilities were OK, but it turned out they were all damaged. Where the cost of boarding per room is expensive, 2.1 million, not worth it.- Fast internet, what for? Yep, the internet here is really slow, even though the boarding house is quiet.- Convoluted rules at the end. If you want to stay in this boarding house, be careful, the deposit money could be forfeited for 1000 reasons regarding the rules for staying in this boarding house. Not clear. Everything is easy when you get in, but when you get out? What a waste.- VERY SMALL ROOM FOR THE PRICE OF 2.1M. Where the toilet inside is clogged, SEVERE!Pros:+ Strategic location, easy to get anywhere. Finding food is easy because there are lots of them around here, it's also called Tanjung Duren.+ Safe location, because it is near the security postWhy is location only important? Yes, the location is really good, but the boarding house is poor.Bonus pic: the condition of the public sink which is overloaded is unclear

Husband boarding there. For that price, it's not really worth it because it's really dirty, the bathroom is really dirty, the bathroom is really dirty, there are lots of plastic bags, I swear it's really dirty... the craziest thing is there are 2 pairs of pillows. But the chair pillow is made into a sleeping pillow which is forced into the sleeping pillowcase. So yes, 2 pairs. Imagine sleeping and having a headache. Even though he just came in and he said it was ready. Not even 2 months later the AC went dead, I asked for it to be repaired for days until I wanted to move but it wasn't repaired either. Forced to sleep without using AC so I opened the window and there were lots of mosquitoes. Unfortunately, I asked for a deposit because I wanted to move suddenly and that condition was not given. Even though I said a month later it was okay. Now moving to an apartment. Oh, not really.
