The first time I looked for the location, I missed it, because there was no writing on the name of the place at all. When I wanted to check in, I was asked for an additional fee on the grounds that the price in the application was not appropriate (why did you ask the customer? Why didn't you just go straight to the application?). He said he wanted to give a receipt to make a claim on the application, but until now it hasn't been sent either. That's it, you don't get towels, mineral water or amenities in the room.

Until there, you will be charged again, not according to the order in the application. They were told to refund if they didn't want it, they couldn't refund in the application if it was already the day before.The blanket had lots of blood spots. The spray is torn like it was scratched by a cat.Actually the rooms are nice and the location is also strategic. Improve the facilities.

The location is strategic, the rooms are quite spacious and equipped with several facilities such as TV, cupboard, table and chairs. The only drawback was that they weren't provided with mineral water and toiletries and the AC wasn't cold enough. The parking is okay, safe and spacious.

Honest review of my experience of staying 5 days here. The standard price from the owner is 220 thousand/night, so if you book online below that price, there will be additional costs 😅Positive:*Spacious rooms, strong & cold AC*Digital TV & WiFi provided*clean bed, mattress & towels*Good room & house air circulation*Beautiful & new building, there is a shared kitchen*friendly service/guards*beautiful & calm environment, close to minimarkets, food stallsNegative:*choose a room on the ground/2nd floor for those bringing suitcases*tissues, shampoo, dental kit & drinking water are not available (only a pair of bath towels)*sleeping pillow is deflated, spring bed is a bit hard (maybe a spinal therapy spring bed)*The gate closes at 11pm, so you have to tell the guard first

The price didn't match the application when we arrived and on the day we were told to add 42 thousand actually we got confirmation first whether we wanted to cancel or continue cmn because we were already too late and confused when we wanted to look again even though we were already tired and just arrived, but it was okay because the room was comfortable, the AC was cold and clean , the lack of ammunition, they weren't even given tissue, or 1 bottle of mineral water. It's really empty, there's only soap/shampoo and no explanation given because it's just 1 bottle.And for those bringing suitcases, my advice is don't take the top room, you'll be very tired because going up the stairs, there's no lift or way for suitcasesThere is a kitchen on the 2nd floor which is okay, except there is only 1 rice cooker so I'm confused about what to use because I change it all the time and I'm reluctant to use itFor the price of just 200 with the location and minimal ammunition, I think it's pricey, there are actually lots of hotels around there with the same price but they're good
