Stayed 4 nights here for a work trip..The location is not far from where I work.. But.. When I first arrived, entered the room, the bed sheets were dirty with lots of stains... asked to change the bed sheets, they said there were no bed sheets in stock... the bathroom was upset, there were foot prints and it was very dirty, black.. Found it small cockroach in the room...the mattress is too small for 2 people. can only be 1 person... bed size 120...The hot water for bathing doesn't work..The sink is clogged...Staff not friendly...There is no trash can in the room...During the 4 night stay there was no staff cleaning the room...

The price is affordable, the location is strategic, close to the bus stop, and you don't have to worry about looking for food because there are lots of people selling food near the location.As for the room, first of all it's nice, comfortable, minimalist. BUT it's a shame that it turns out to be very dirty, the sheets for the mattress, pillows, bolsters look like they've never been replaced... Very dirty, lots of black spots from where people used them. I don't know what the SOP is for maintenance? The longer you stay in the room, the smaller cockroaches appear... The less clean it looks. It's a shame that I've given up on staying again.The service is good, but the staff is often not there, so you often have to wait or need to call first before they appear. If you need cutlery (plates, spoons) they are provided but they are dirty (crusty spoons).A suggestion for the future might be that the bed sheets need to be washed well, so that they are comfortable and so that they don't get dirty... You also need to do general cleaning in every room, and use pest control so that cockroaches and cockroach eggs are destroyed.

What differentiates this place from other hotels is that in the lobby there is a shower that can be used for bathing in the toilet and the unique mattress can be spread out under the mattress like a ditch.The photo I attached is a photo of the rooftop at night, the rooftop is specifically for hanging out, so if you want food/drink you have to buy it outside first...So far so good 👍

I checked in at 10 pm for a non-smoking room, the first time I entered the room there was no strange feeling. but when I opened the bathroom, I could smell cigarettes, with hair and a few pools of dirty water...because I was tired, I just took a shower, then got into bed. 30 minutes, 1 hour I was in the room the smell of cigarettes started to smell. When I requested to change rooms, the staff was very reluctant and complained because I had been in the room for quite a long time. I understand, but what about it, when I first came in it didn't seem like there was any problem...Finally, after a bit of insistence, I was offered 2 other room options, one room had a noisy AC, the other room smelled a bit of cigarettes. I chose a room with a noisy AC, not even 5 minutes later the smell of cigarettes started to smell. So as not to argue anymore, I decided to CHECKOUT and move to another hotel.It looks like it's time for the air conditioning in the room to be rejuvenated again. Please also train the staff to be less likely to complain about their work to customers.

Super noisy rooms, no sound proofing, staff don't speak any English except one person who works part time I guess. Insects present. Spend a little more and find elsewhere. Stuff's conduct is questionable, asking for extra money from the guests for certain services. Won't stay again!

Staying here is close if you want to go to GBK or the Kuningan area, it's comfortable, what's important is the cleanliness of the room and services such as room service, facilities such as air conditioning, WiFi, etc. can be followed nearby if you need medicine. 8 minutes from here there is the Madinah Farma Pharmacy in Rawa Belong. There are complete orders there. You can also deliver to classes in the Central Jakarta area. The prices there can be said to be cheap. The items are complete, for a doctor's prescription, just take a photo

I stayed here twice..the first time was okay..the room was clean..the staff were friendly..but the second time I got a room where the sink was clogged..washed my hands from night until the next day I woke up still full of water in the sink..and also when I entered the box The trash in the room is still full of rubbish from previous visitors, it seems like they forgot to throw it away... but the bed sheets and towels are all new, all still sealed in laundry plastic...Hopefully next time you stay here you will get a clean room like the first time you stayed..Overall the room is okay (still good),,, it's just that I happened to get a room that when cleaning it, the staff forgot to take out the trash or something...
