ARNI Skye Hotel

A newly built hotel located in a quiet local alley! Except for the location accessibility, it's very good!

PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW:This review is a two-part review covering our stay and some extenuating circumstances that made our experience absolutely spectacular.First, I want to say that this boutique hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very cute and come with a stove, microwave, and nearly full size refrigerator. It is located away from downtown Bangkok, so don't expect to travel less than 40m to get to a lot of tourist sites, however, the travel to Bangkok via taxi is between 200-350 baht each way, which is extremely fair and even cheap, depending on your native currency.The pool and clubhouse is very nice and there is a gym that is sufficient (and I am a big gym goer). The area surrounding the hotel is very authentic. You are surrounded by tourists, but normal suburb living. We found it very endearing and quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of the city.Now, for the extenuating circumstances. When we arrived to the hotel from the airport, the taxi tried to swindle us for an exorbitant amount of money. Luckily, we werent stupid enough to fall for that. However, in the heat of the argument, the taxi driver for one reason or another, didn't unload one of our bags and drove off with it. The manager of the hotel, Mr. Chatree immediately jumped into action to help us with our situation.He pulled up security cameras to get the licenses plate, tried to contact the taxi company, and when all of that failed, he used the GPS data we had to track some electronics in the bag, hopped into his car, and spent the entire afternoon and early evening hunting our bag full of expensive electronics across the city. From 12pm to 8pm, he was searching for the bag. During this time, his staff was giving us hourly updates on progress! At 8pm, sure enough, Mr. Chatree and Mr. Game had acquired our bagpack and brought it to us at the hotel, saving us thousands of dollars and a lot of hassle. We tried to pay him to thank him for his efforts and time and he refused to accept payment, saying only that he wanted us to "know how kind most Thai people are and to enjoy time in this beautiful country".But if that wasnt enough... one hour later, Mr. Chatree called us in our room and said he had something else for us. During this time, he discovered is was my birthday week. He brought a piece of cake and his entire staff of 10 people up to present cake and sing happy birthday. I was in absolute tears. This is the kind of hospitality that should go viral. I have NEVER had such a wonderful experience with such kind and wonderful staff in a hotel in my life.10/10, recommend this hotel and more specifically, this staff, for anyone crossing through Bangkok. If you read this far and heard our story and have decided to go to this beautiful boutique hotel, make sure to mention this to the staff or Mr. Chatree. He needs as much recognition as possible for his kindness, dedication, and hospitality.

Freshly hotel with 5 stars service.Decent facilities, rooms are nice and clean.The bed is super comfy.The room side is quite big.Food services are good.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful at all times of the day. It is a little out of the city centre but there’s a sky train station (Punnawithi) very close by so didn’t affect us very much. Would definitely stay here again, 5 star service at a 3 star service price.

Exceptional value for the price—I doubt you'll find better elsewhere. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and it’s conveniently located not far from the airport. Additionally, it’s close to convenience stores, laundromats, and various dining options.

We are so happy with this Hotel. We are here on a long term stay. Service is fantastic, helpful were ever they can. Rooms are spot on. The pool is sweet and perfect to enjoy a sunset. The surrounding area has a lot to offer, some small bars (more local) huge variation of street food, and everything from nail saloon to Thai massage that you could think of. We are really happy that we can stay here as long as we do. BIG THANKS TO THE TEAM

It’s rare to encounter a hotel that offers quick check-in. The staff is also very friendly. It’s a bit far from the subway, but it’s acceptable. The soundproofing is also good.

Newly opened hotel: clean, modern and quiet.

The staff is very enthusiastic! The swimming pool is on the eighth floor, but I have to leave tomorrow morning and don't have time to enjoy it. A newly renovated hotel with good value for money. Will come next time! !
