Cleanliness is lacking, security is lacking, the door lock always makes errors, the bathroom is not provided with tissue and soap, the service is friendly enough and willing to help if the lock has an error, the TV doesn't work

not that far from JIS if you take a Gojek, the room is quite not too high, but all the facilities are working, 2 bottles of free water, 100k deposit but it's back... overall comfortable and good

I was disappointed, I just wanted to check the room on the 2nd floor, got on the lift, already inside the lift was dead, the lift was stuck, we were almost out of breath. The service is also lacking, the employees laugh incoherently like they're belittling people and the employees also say that they're used to the dead lift, there's still a lot of life, what's the point? That's a sign of someone who has no ethics and is detrimental to the hotel owner.

I don't understand, booking on Traveloka in advance to watch Bruno was clearly successful and a voucher was issued. But when I checked in, I was told that my booking wasn't accepted and I was directed to the opposite hotel which they said still had one management.HEYYYY, that's just common sense, you pray, you think I'm stupid, the hotel was full and still accepting bookings, then they were directed to another hotel because they were taking advantage of the momentum of Bruno's concert.If it's already full, then there's no need to accept any more bookings, that's clear.

Idk why this place is so highly rated. I booked with Agoda, after check in I informed front desk wifi in my room is not working properly, they were aware of problem but it's my problem... I asked for different room so they offered me one without window but it was noisy from lobby. I asked for cancellation: ask Agoda. I called Agoda and owner of property rejected cancellation as "internet is not working, but we won't cancel". That's behaviour is just bad.Room itself is super low, like 1.85. it was smelling very chemical I guess it's changing it status from smoking to no smoking sometimes. Also very small, basically just bed.As it's totally hit or miss, and owner is not cooperative I don't recommend you staying there. I have seen many much better hostels.
