Here for approximately 6 months. The environment is very comfortable because it is in a residential area. The facilities are also okay. The guard is also quick to respond if there is a problem and is always informative and trustworthy when we ask for help. The location is also strategic, close to everywhere, I also walk 3 minutes to the office every day, sadly because my internship period is over so I have to move from here. I really recommend this place for anyone to stay👍🏻

For those who are looking for a boarding house, be careful of SCAMS THAT INCLUDE WHATSAPP TELEPHONE NUMBERS. That's a complete CHAMPION. I suggest coming directly to this boarding house.

My honest reviewFirst time staying at a boarding house, and B30 was my first place.-The room is good, according to the price-Good facilities, laundry, self laundry, kitchen, etc-Service is good and very friendly... very fast response.-Lots of interesting events at B30, New Year's Eve, takjil, free badminton, etc-The location is also strategic, Alfa, Indomaret are close.

Si far so good for almost 1 year there..the boarding house father is really nice..the atmosphere of the boarding house is also...comfortable..I'm on the 4th floor close to the kitchen..Mang Hasan, the boarding house keeper, is also the person who cleans the boarding house very clean..because I'm about to give birth just moved.. but thanks B30RESIDENCE

the owner named A**** C**** took new comers front payment money and then with no further information she claimed it as 'WAITING LIST' not a fixed specific room. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL WITH OTHERS AND NEVER BE RUDE. plot twist she never apologize.

Lack of quality service, lack of management, rude and poor attitudes owner that caused mileading information of front payment. The owner managed to collect front payment from new client, keep it, and 2 weeks before I move she just contacted me and said that there is someone just already paid the front payment? I already paid that front payment around 1,5 month and she said I can move in around first week of October.AND THERE IS NO ‘SORRY’ or ‘APOLOGY’ WORD came from the owner!Very disappointed! I have to search new place within 2 weeks beacuse of this unresponsible owner😡Be careful this is a scam if you pay the FRONT PAYMENT.
