The restaurant is hard to recommend!!We ate in the restaurant for 3 days and it was really excellent! The typical local food like Nasi goreng also tastes a whole lot better there than in the Warung on the beach. Great curry, cashew chicken, everything was great šŸ‘ŒGreat food, great service, and in the evening there is live music that is really worth listening to.

The hotel has a nice overall vibes. Its close to a 24 hrs convenience store and just a 10 minute walk from the beach.Sadly, I had a bad experience with the receptionist. My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights. When we first arrived, I asked the butler who carried our bags if he can send over an iron. He told me to ask the receptionist and usually they will bring it over to our room and that they have a lot of iron, it wouldn't be a problem. So the next morning I dialed for the front desk and ask to bring over an iron but he said they can't bring it over. We were asked to drop our clothes at the front desk and they will iron it with no charges. So right at 7am, I went there with my clothes and politely asked them to iron our dresses which then an old female receptionist replied with "you can't do it yourself?". The male receptionist quickly told her that he's the one who told us to bring it over. Then, at around 9am we came again to collect our ironed clothes. We saw our clothes were hanged at the doorknob just behind this one young female receptionist. I spoke to her in malay to help pass those clothes and she replied in english "can you take it yourself?". And yupp, we had to enter the front desk section and took it ourselves. The next morning, we dropped our clothes at the front desk like we did the day before and we heard a female staff asked the receptionist "the same person sent the clothes again?" as if we've been the talk of the town. When we came to collect the clothes later on, we were charged for laundry service. We were not charged the day before and suddenly we need to pay? They made ironing clothes such a big deal that we went out to buy our own iron at nights.I was offended because I saw how the old female receptionist were so friendly and welcoming towards white people. Maybe this Hotel put racist & xenophobic as one of the criteria to work there. We went to stay at Triyana Resort, Ubud after 3 nights here and the service at Triyana was the best. I just made 1 call and they sent over an iron and ironing board within 5 minutes. It was no big deal.

Staff are unfriendly, very friendly to WesternersThe room smelled of mold, the faucet was badly dirty, and bugs kept coming out. Worst accommodation in Bali

Large hotel, nice rooms (new part). Needs overdue maintenance left and right. Broken (sharp cutting edges) on many swimming pool tiles, steps to get out of the pool, rusted and loose. …

It has now been a few days since we left the Ari Putri hotel. We are quite satisfied with this hotel. It has a good price/quality ratio. However, we had to move after 1 day due to a clogged sink. We were not really happy with it, because we have a small one and it is quite restless if you have to repack all the suitcases again. In addition, it was not really clean... very strange if you read the reviews, that turns out to be the case. The food is very tasty and very well priced. I wouldn't go there again, purely because of hygiene, a lot of dust and some mold here and there.

The location is really great! You are located right on the central road and within 10 minutes you can reach the beach. The hotel is beautiful and classically Balinese. You just notice that the hotel has been around for a while. The rooms were not good, we first had room 113. We entered and the musty smell was immediately noticeable. After about 3 hours in the room, it was really no longer too hard, my throat hurt, etc. At a quarter to 12 at night we asked for a new room, which we got immediately. We were allowed to go to room 115, the smell was already 100 times better. Only now the bathroom was run-down and dirty. The refrigerator was also covered in mold, so it was not used. All rooms are therefore quite outdated, including linen and towels.

**1 Star: Terribly Disappointing Stay at Ari Putri Hotel**Our recent stay at Ari Putri Hotel in Sanur was one of the worst experiences we've had in Bali. As residents of Ubud, we are very familiar with the warm, genuine hospitality that is characteristic of Balinese culture, and sadly, this hotel couldn’t be further from that. The staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, with one incident standing out in particular. This morning, a lady serving coffee treated me as if I were asking for too much, which is so unlike the kindness and attentiveness we’ve come to expect from Balinese hospitality. The hotel itself feels rundown and neglected. The pool was almost unusable due to extreme chlorine levels, and the entire pool area was dirty and poorly maintained. It's clear that little effort is being put into taking care of the property, which left us feeling like we were staying in a place far below the usual standards of Bali.Breakfast was also a huge letdown—super basic and nothing special. For the price, we expected at least a decent meal, but the options were uninspiring and lacked variety.Overall, this hotel does not provide the authentic Balinese experience at all. Instead of feeling like valued guests, we were treated as though we were asking for handouts, which was incredibly disappointing. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking the true beauty of Balinese service and hospitality.

This hotel is in a great location at the Southern end of Sanur with a supermarket and great dining options in the same street. It has lots of traditional artwork and carvings and is beautifully fitted out. …
