Helpless staff, no offer of make up room on the second day. The first day the duvet smelled of urine as if it hadn't been replaced. I asked the staff to change, and the female staff brought a duvet that wasn't folded neatly. When my co asked what I had missed, the wa admin staff at 13.00 whatsapp me said "the room is really dirty" even though they themselves didn't offer any cleaning. I throw the rubbish in the bin, every time I stay, I always make the bed myself so that the cleaning staff doesn't get too overwhelmed, I thought, but the answer was a big no. I'm a repeat guest but there's no special attention at all. Don't know if the owner or manager educates and recruits employees without training on how to handle guests properly. At least just from greeting to handling to co. When I complained because the WA reply was not room friendly, I was accused of having blood, but no proof was sent to me. I was told to look for another place, they said there were still lots of guests who wanted it. It's really not good employee ethics... also try checking room 216, the water heater is dead, the water in the sink is difficult to drain, the duvet smells like urine.When handling complaints, you should know how to handle guests. Many accommodations near there really cannot be compared, especially with Samana and other places. This place is the last option and will not come back.Try checking that

For a homestay, the facilities are pretty good. Here there is hot water, wi-fi, and also cable TV. The location is also not far from Plaza Renon so there are quite a lot of food choices and minimarkets.

The room is spacious, there is a TV, wardrobe with hangersSofa and table, cold AC🙏🏻For an affordable price, the facilities are also good, provided with towels, glasses, mineral water every day and a little soap.The bathroom is clean, the water is hot and there is a sink. Apart from the bathroom, there is also a sink in front of the bathroom (who knows, you might want to cook🤣)Quite a lot of plugs. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. Rooms with twin beds are available on the 2nd floorStaying for 7 nights in a residential neighborhood doesn't feel like a tourist but like home because it's in the city..Overall great

The place is comfortable, the room is air conditioned, there is a TV+STB, wardrobe, long rattan bench, 3 wooden tables, 2 glass handles available.Inside bathroom, mini kitchen, from the start of the book the condition of the room was informed.It's a shame there is no breakfast and food service at the hotel. Can only order online application services.Parking area is not too wide

The security guard...asked a lot of questions...knocked politely on the door of the room and said that apart from couples, you can't check in or out...those who want to open bo or bring a partner who is not married, it's better not to come here...the security guard guarantees
