Worst I've ever been to. The AC was leaking, there was no AC remote, you had to look for it first, when it was there it didn't work, the room was spacious but not clean, there was a damp cupboard, the hanger was given which was broken and messed up, only 1 towel was given even though I asked for it to be given more, the yellow bed sheet was very bad, there wasn't any Drinking water, no shampoo, soap and gift brush, even though the price is 315, it should include everything. I'm really tired of not coming to this place anymore.

Longshort :1. The staff is friendly and responsive to complaints. The room was clean and there was no residual cigarette smell (non-smoking rooms, but usually in other hotels there is still a residual cigarette smell when you enter the room). For the type we take, at least there is adequate space to pray in the room and still be able to congregate with your husband. The bed sheets and covers looked dirty and looked like they had been washed for years without being replaced with new ones. There are no toiletries and only towels that are rough and not bright in color, no glasses/bottles of water (it's not written about these things in the hotel facilities column on the application), but for this type of hotel it actually only costs around 5 thousand per room. for 1 bar of retail soap and 2 bottles of mineral water measuring 150-200ml per night, and can be additional value from guests for the hotel.2. Because the hotel is located in a residential area, the atmosphere is quiet and calm at night, and busy but not noisy in the morning because it is near a traditional market and is on the city transportation route.3. Lastly, they are less active in updating room orders online so there are families who complain that their rooms are sold even though they have ordered and paid via the application but they cannot enter because all the rooms are full.**The hotel actually still has the opportunity to improve their facilities and services if the management is serious about wanting the hotel to survive.-D
