"Strategic location, service from dirty women who wear glasses even though we want to stay, don't want to beg, no respect, the building is dirty, there's no cleaning, every corner is dirty, the floors are never cleaned, the rooms are given the 4th floor even though many of them are empty downstairs," he said full booking, just parking, no cars or motorbikes, the mattress and sheets used with sperm have never been washed for a week, the room is as wet as a swimming pool, not recommended for staying, don't want to stay here, everything is ugly

Several times I've been to Reddoorz, it seems like it's really messy here, the water is really pitch black, there's a lot of dirt, the bathroom is dirty, there's a lot of stains (sperm, or sticky, moldy vaginal discharge), it smells, on the second day the room smells like human waste. From the first day, the blankets and pillowcases, the bed sheets were dirty and looked like they had never been washed, smelled of other people's sweat, the service was less friendly, asked for help and spoke in a nice, soft tone in a low tone, in response to sarcastic glances at the female employees, and focused more on playing ML, hopefully it would be better managed good again

The place is quite comfortable. It's true that there are some spots where maintenance seems to be late, but as for the rooms, the rooms are quite comfortable. After I tried turning on the AC, even though not from the remote, I waited a few minutes from the switch, it was quite cold. As long as the bathroom door is closed so that the room temperature from inside the room is not wasted by exhaust coming out of the bathroom. In the room there is a TV, 2 clean towels, 2 bottles of 330 ml mineral water bundled with the hotel group brand. Also provided are 2 toothbrushes and 1 small toothpaste neatly wrapped together in plastic. The mattress is comfortable, the bed sheets, pillows and blankets are also clean and smell good. There is a bell button on the wall to call room service staff. I have tried the WiFi, which is quite strong for browsing and streaming. Anyway, I got room number 312. The service standard was quite good, I was served according to hotel service operational standards. Yes, it cannot be compared to a five-star hotel because it is of an ordinary class, more suitable as a transit hotel for those of you who want to take a short break from traveling. The location, in my opinion, is very strategic because it is right in front of the main road so it is easy for guests who bring cars to enter and park. Parking is also quite adequate, you can park your car outside and inside, you can park your motorbike in the garage or if you want it to be safer you can park at the back. The parking lot is spacious and covered.

Worse, the AC isn't cold, the water smells, there's no fountain, the service isn't friendly, it's bad in the room, you can't breathe because the cooling is bad. Be careful if you just want to book a room to stay overnight, I suggest you look for another place

On Thursday, my family and I (a baby aged 11 months) checked in and were given room number 305 (I ordered a family type room which should get 1 UK Queen bed and 1 single bed) but it turned out that room 305 was a suite type room (2 single beds ).When you entered the room, the first impression was that the room was dirty, dust everywhere, the AC didn't turn on (the AC uses a switch?). After trying it several times, the AC came on, then we waited 10 minutes for the AC to not feel cold at all.(You need to understand that the order of room classes from lowest to highest is standard, superior, deluxe, suite, family)Finally my wife came to the front office to ask several things,1. Why is the room given a suite type?The front office answered that it was the owner's stipulation that if someone ordered a family, they would be given a suite.2. Why are there 2 single beds in the room? Even though the family order is for 3 people.The front office answered that all suite rooms contain 2 single beds. There are no queen+single beds.3. The AC is not cold.The front office answered that the AC needed time to cool, because it uses a switch.At that time, my wife was confused, complained and asked for a room with at least a queen bed. Because we brought a baby, it was dangerous to sleep on a single mattress that was directly under the floor. Can't look left and right.LUCKYLY, the front office responded to our complaint and asked for permission from our superiors and to find another room.I also followed the front office to look for a room, and apparently,There is a family type room which contains 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. ??? Even though he said there wasn't any. I asked what the problem was with the room, the front office said there was a family room but the AC was broken.So, why not just say from the start that the family type is available but the AC is broken?At the end, we were finally given a deluxe type room with an extra bed.The room was certainly cramped for us, especially with the addition of an extra bed, the bathroom had a shower but there was a dirty bucket and scoop. The toilet had stains in the toilet, cigarette ash on the railing in the room and in the corner of the bathroom. There were no aminities.Even when checking out the officer didn't check the room first.It seems that this inn is not managed well. The hallway is very dark, dirty, dusty.Even though the location is good, near the station, restaurants and malls are also close.Hopefully it will be managed well in the future.

The first time I found Redrooz SE this was disappointing,1. The AC is not cold, doesn't use the remote but uses a socket2. The TV is broken3. The floor is very dirty and wet4. The rolled sheets smell musty and are really dirty like they haven't been replaced and are not suitable for Poto5. When you enter the toilet, the smell of urine is strong and the floor is very dirtyAnd the first time I went to the hotel, I was disturbed by Zin, from the start it was like someone was opening the plastic and then he was going to play the position at 02 o'clock at night, the window was knocked and finally, I had a dream of being crushed by a devil😆6. A dirty hotel where everything is dirty. I booked for 2 weeks. The hotel is used for 'short stays' where couples go to do their intimate business. As a result, all the duvets are dirty or have not been changed. Bah bah!!!!
