First week staying at Villa 24, check-in day at Villa 24, check-in with the manager, long hair, very cute, smiling brightly, good natured, explains everything in detail. But the 2nd week, moved to the villa, the first 30 days there were quite a lot of problems, dirty air conditioner, full toilet, broken bed legs, but there was a staff member who came to fix it. Overall, I was impressed.

Villa is ok for the price I guess, but fitting more than 5 adults will come with a lot of compromise. Upper floors are very low and there is little to no ventilation (apart from A/C) so air will get stale and you will not be comfortable if you are higher than 120cm. Bunk bed is not usable for 2 adults.One room has a sofa on which you can sleep, but it's detached from the house and you need to walk through outside to get to the bathroom.Not suitable for longer stay as there is no regular cleaning included. No soap, shower gel or similar expected items were there. No garbage collection.All the furniture is poor quality, but usable.Pool was nice but quite small for more than 3-4 people.

We were disappointed.Two bags were stolen from us at night from the living room of the villa, along with the passports. We locked all the doors and apparently the small window in the kitchen remained open and the workers took advantage of the opportunity (the area of the villa is now under renovation and there are lots of people around the house all day).Our neighbor also had a lot of money stolen from the villa.The owners of the place showed no desire to help, did not come to the place and did not call to check how we were. They sent us to the police (who did nothing) and that was it.We had to leave early to have time to issue new passports in Bangkok.Besides, you pay for the electricity separately and also for cleaning you have to add a lot of money - note that the price written is not what you will pay in the end.
