Stayed here because of my choice, so it's next to FTL so it's not a hassle if you want to go to the gym, the cleanliness of the room is ok, the room is spacious, you just pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom, at breakfast the restaurant is hot, it's also messy, maybe because it's just been renovated, the menu too simple but okay... according to the price

First time staying at the Phoenix Diron hotel on July 6 2024, check in time at 20:00, got room 318. The staff service was good and friendly with a room price of 330,000 with breakfast for 2 people. The room AC is cold. The lack of TV channels is really a shame. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms needs to be improved. Comfortable, sound sleep, no noise from the next room, ok. It's a shame that the restaurant doesn't work until late at night? It's also a shame that the breakfast time starts at 8 am. I asked for it earlier but couldn't because it wasn't ready before x. Staying at the hotel for breakfast, I couldn't request an earlier time. The lighting in the room is ok but there are no clothes hangers. The spring bed type mattress in 318 is starting to become less comfortable to sleep on. For complete toiletries it's ok but the color of the towels has to be changed because the white color is fading but when I use it it's still okno itching on the body after bathing. Security is ok in this 6-story hotel building but it looks poorly maintained on the hallway side of the floor. Both lifts function well and are clean. WiFi speed is also good. In my opinion, 2 small bottles of mineral water in the room are not enough.
