Highly not recommended, if I could not give stars I would not give this star. Service not good at all! It got to the point where they said they had no more cooperation with Oyo/Traveloka. We and our family were forced to not be able to stay there and refunds were very difficult. The place is also not recommended, it is very small, the entrance to the room is via a very small staircase. Like a budget hotel, it's really dim for the lighting! The point is, it's not recommended!

If I could give it 0 stars, I really don't recommend it, it says it's no longer working with OYO but it's still clearly displayed on the bar at the front, and if you want to stay you have to add more fees, WOW๐, I see that many people who want to stay are cheated by this lady, As for the building, it's good, but it's useless for a big building to have no receptionist, and you're also asked to call an unregistered number for a refund, is that healthy? For those of you who want to stay here, try it" look at the reviews first so you don't get caught in a zone, hopefully the money will be a blessing so you don't get cheated again okay?

It turns out it's true what people say, these mothers are scammers. I ordered online but he said he wouldn't cooperate anymore. Even though there is still a real sign in front of the house. My friend and I were even told to pay him again. Great, I hope the child is always healthy ๐๐๐ผ Don't believe it if he asks for a refund, the money is already with him

Don't trust this guesthouse because I have been disadvantaged in time & financially, because they made a unilateral decision regarding they no longer collaborate with Agoda & Oyo but my transaction money has been successful. So my family and I tonight, 4/5/2022-5/5/2022, did not stay at the hotel & there was no clarity regarding booking cancellations or redundancies from the hotel or Agoda/Oyo.
