OathDon't want to stay here again before you regret it, there are no facilitiesThe TV isn't normal, the remote doesn't work/is broken, the AC remote is broken, there isn't a cupboard, there isn't a stove, I swear there aren't any facilities, the most disgusting thing is the cockroaches running around, no wonder there are lots of reviews, it turns out it's true what people say, the point is don't come here again before regrettingThe photos are all fake, none of them match at all

Please teach humaneness to the security guard on duty at the Barley Tower. When you ask for a toilet, they say there isn't one, even though there is a sign for a toilet. Please educate yourself more about security so there will be a little more etiquette

The price in the application doesn't match the manager, you have to pay again from the manager because the application gave the wrong price...if you give the wrong price, why don't you leave it? The proof is, before I too, someone got hit, leaving it for the reason that the price was wrong...it's better to choose the one that is 'by' or the manager, not this one, it's enough to get caught in Batman's trap.

Not even deserved with 1 starI often use Reddoorz in several cities and islands, everything runs smoothly and never disappoints. This time I was disappointed by a Reddoorz tenant, if the room is not available, please update the system or at least give me information via WA. In fact, I was given the option to pay an additional 350 thousand to get 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms.Moreover, when I asked for a refund, the tenant was only willing to refund one room, even though it was not my fault. When I requested a refund for 2 rooms, the tenant suggested a refund via the application or call center, I tried via the application but it couldn't work because it was already past check-in time. Because I arrived at 4 pm I tried via the call center but couldn't because it was after 3 pm.After that I was willing to refund just one room, but the procedure took a long time and there was no signal in the basement, whereas I had a baby and couldn't leave it in the car for long. I offered to cancel via WA only to send ID cards and booking codes, etc., but the tenants were not willing to use WA, while I found it difficult to open the application because the signal in the basement was bad.At the end I just left and I didn't take the money because the refund procedure took a long time and the service from the lady was really not helpful, and rolled her eyes instead of saying sorry, it's natural that I'm angry.

It's really bad because of the discount prices, the only thing that works is the AC, there's no internet access, you can't access the TV, there aren't any facilities mentioned in the description, you don't even have drinking water.
